. The room was very nice. It was clean and warm.

I don't like the check in process. It feels very uncomfortable and very unnecessary. I don't like the white bedding. I felt like I was going to ruin it with just laying in the bed.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Pool and Jacuzzi were great.

bed was amazingly comfortable! Seemed like the entire hotel had been remodeled & was amazingly clean. It was in a good location for the wedding we attended and was inexpensive. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean!

We got in late at night & the place was lite up really brightly so we were worried there might have been a criminal element. The hotel check in was a kiosk with a web chat. There was no maid service but we could exchange our towels in the lobby. Thru the web chat, they opened a drawer to put the dirty towels in & a different drawer popped out to get the clean towels. We were never face to face with any staff. The walls were thin so we could hear the folks above us & on the sides at 3am. Other guests seemed a bit sketchy but that's to be expected in an inexpensive hotel. It was very spartan & utilitarian. It reminded me of a European Youth Hostel. Had a hard time regulating the room temp & the complimentary coffee in the morning was awful.

The rooms were fine with AC, comfortable beds, microwave + fridge, and TV with a variety of channels. The main selling point for me was the firepit they light at night which was nice to hang out with friends. Also, the hotel has a jacuzzi and a pool. The location has several stores within walking distance, such as walmart and in-n-out. They offered Coffee as their breakfast accommodation which is somewhat nice. Overall, has great value and a comfortable experience.

The staff was an online touchpad service with a person appearing on the screen who appeared to be a call center from India.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room. Laundry facilities on site. Microwave and fridge in room.

The only issue I had really had to do more with Booking com. I booked the room, paid for it, got a confirmation number, but when my son tried to check in he was told the room hadn't been paid for. I am still fighting Booking.com over this issue.

Newly refurbished. Lovely room. Good service. Beautiful and convenient location.

Big complaint for me is the shower water wasn’t hot enough and the hot tub temperature wasn’t hot enough. Felt luke-warm and I usually pick my hotels for a good hot tub so I wouldn’t stay there again based on that but everything else was really nice!

it was a great place to have fun with my family

we needed extra towels and there was none, unless we give back the one we were using. I didn’t take to wells from home because I was expecting to use the ones from the hotel since we like to be in the pool.

Bed very comfortable. Dogs were welcome. Very nice flat screen TV. Tile floors and nice remodeling. Air conditioner in room, microwave, small fridge. Nearby shopping and good food. Very well priced. Security guards made you feel safe. Staff polite. Hot tub and pool.

Coffee not served on site. Virtual teller took some getting used to. But we did find helpful staff at the hot tub when we locked ourselves out of room.

The property was very clean. As soon as I walked in to check in, I was immediately greeted with kindness. The staff was so attentive. We stayed in room 143. It’s the room that’s probably the closest to the freeway and we didn’t hear it at all. Family stayed in the Hampton right below this hotel and they said the freeway was so loud, however no noise was heard by us. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We checked out at 7am to beat traffic and even walking in to check out the staff was super nice even so early in the morning. I will definitely be booking here anytime I go to the central coast

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t screen mirror on the tv to watch Netflix off of my phone but it honestly wasn’t even a big deal at all. The tv had a lot of channels.

Rooms have been remodeled and are updated nicely.

Not much effort in the housekeeping Department. looked like we got just barely a wipe down. bedding was dirty and definitely not changed since the last guest. floor was not swept. hair in the bathtub drain.
