The view from our room was gorgeous! Spacious and nice rooms Staff were friendly and accomodating Special thanks to Saged! Beatuful large and cery clean pool Water actuvities reasonably priced unlive our stay at palm jumeirah

They must have a spa to g with our luxuriosu stay, They have a salon but no spa which is unfortunate because we wanted to book massages More acrivities like ping ping or beach vollyball would have been nice as well.

Fabulous location, pool and beach. The staff throughout the hotel, from reception, housekeeping and poolside were excellent!

The breakfast was amazing , staff were really friendly especially Roy from Room service.

The access to the gym was really not easy The paper that we found near to the door informing us that we have to check out at 12 which is something I found not professional I called the reception to give a verbal feedback and the receptionist she gave me the feeling off yes we know already. that they have to split the guests in 2 restaurants for breakfast which it was not east to sit in the other restaurant and grab the foos from a different one specially when you have kids with you furniture of the hotel is really old and didn't look nice

A lovely comfortable hotel. My husband and I were greeted like family by all the staff having stayed here many times over the years and earlier this year. Stayed on the 7th floor Gold lounge and enjoyed all the benefits. Mariamu the Manager and Zalimar welcomed us warmly and had our room decorated to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Such a lovely surprise. Rajan/Mark and Roni/Paolo spoilt us with all their care and attention and of course delicious cocktails. . Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast staff were equally as attentive as were all the beach staff..Thank you to Makethoam(breakfast )and Noresh (beach)for their attentiveness as well as all the doormen/ ground floor staff

From the minute we arrived at The Fairmont we were treated like special guests for 10 days. We had stayed here before quite a few times but not for about 4+ years, it was lovely to be greeted by some familiar faces. The staff in the Fairmont Gold Lounge all bought something special with their personalities/professionalism and kindness. From Mariamu who checked us in(whom we had met before)with her lovely laugh and kindness, Stephen who made us great cocktails and had good chats, Zalimar with his charm, professionalism.and kindness, Mark and Rony for their excellent iced coffees and waiting on us hand and foot and finally Rajan who went over and above his duties with his helpfulness and kindness .All the staff made us some great cocktails. Nothing was too much for the staff to do to ensure a very happy and comfortable stay. Thanks too to the lovely Charlene who gave us our pool towels each day and always held the door open for my husband(who was using walking poles). The food was delicious too, varied and tasty. Chef got my husband's cheese omelette spot on each day We hope to visit again in September.

The service is at a high level and the hotel is clean and tidy

Check out was very slow, I was delayed for half an hour and until this moment they did not send me the charge as promised.

The staff were exceptional, from the moment we walked in we were acknowledged, and upgraded to a sea view room, the view was beautiful. The staff at breakfast were attentive and incredibly helpful. 10/10 for every single staff member, just superb.

It was not about the property, but more on the rough deal the life guards have to endure from children who are left with housemaids. Several times I witnessed children not listening and being abusive to staff members, when they are clearly doing a job. This is neglect from parents, some of these children are rude and disrespectful. The staff are doing an exceptional job.

Really comfy beds and a great breakfast spread!

The first room we were put in was damp, but they moved our room with no hassle.

The hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. The swimming pool is good with a great view. The sea and sea activities have a lot of options, I didn't tried it but it looks good. The lobby, the valet parking. I tried the restaurant by the swimming room it was good.

Some part's of the room need reparation, like the closet. My room didn't have a coffee machine but I asked for it and they bring it. The hotel is very quite but some days specially in the weekends it gets a little busy.
