Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi - a concept by Hyatt

1. Technician Arun is helpful and amazing, he just touched the remote control only and the TV worked again. 2. You can have the honeycomb from the breakfast, which is out of my expectation. 3. The room is quiet and clean. 4. The design of the hotel facade is still avant-garde 5. The mini bar is partially complimentary, which is friendly to me.

1. The room is not fully carpeted. 2. it was built in 2011. And of course, you can feel some wear and tear of the interior of the room, but not that much. 3. As a 5 star hotel, please the hotel general manager should train your staff that the gesture of too eager to request your guest to write down a comment is somewhat annoying and not necessary. If your customer is happy and satisfied, they will tend to write an comment for it. So, don't push your customers to do anything, especially Andaz is boasting to be a 5-star hotel.

i were very disappointed with the housekeeping situation, I asked directly one of housekeeping staff to clean bath tub because there was hair stuck in water drain and i show him and told him i want enjoy the tub before check-out and he left and ignored me, and at 11:45 i dialled to operator to send house keeping, so no one comes until my checkout they spoiled my plan before my checkout…

The property is amazing ! Great pool nice staff, everything was really good and our stay was pleasant, rooms are big and comfortable, the thing that suprised me is that there are speakers in the bathroom that we liked very much ! Over all great hotel

The wifi is a bit slower in the hotel, maybe it was only our room, but sometimes we had trouble with online calls. The location is okay, but there are not to many places to eat around, we ate at hotels restaurant and had buffet for lunch, but it was lacking food choices and the price was a bit high. Other than that everything was great !

One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a spotless and well-maintained environment that immediately put me at ease. It's evident that the hotel takes great care in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic space for guests. The staff at Andaz Hotel truly stood out in terms of their attentiveness and supportiveness. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt well taken care of. The team was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which greatly contributed to a positive and stress-free experience.

However, I must admit that the menu prices were a bit of a letdown. While the quality of the food was undoubtedly high, the prices seemed disproportionately high in comparison. This was a drawback that slightly affected my overall impression, as it limited my dining options within the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable! You always get a nice view from where you stay, even the gym has a great view! The staff are also very kind, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here and would recommend it, especially if you plan on going to the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque.

Unfortunately our room had a light smell of cigarettes, and as we checked in at 11:00PM, by then there were no other rooms available :( we were so tired we just got over it as the room was clean and nice, but best to ask for a non smoking room when you book if you hate the smell of cigarettes is my only tip :) regardless we would still stay here again as we felt safe and comfortable, just need to request for a non smoking room

Short but very pleasant stay in an excellent hotel. Price/Quality ratio is excellent but high taxes take the final price much higher. Not vaccinated guests are not able to do anything in Abu Dhabi, including accessing to the internal gym, spa and restaurant, but the breakfast is provided as room service with no extra charge, which is very pleasant. Having had a very late check-in during the night, the checkout was allowed after 12, really appreciated. Very polite and supportive staff, great quality breakfast.

Guests with high antibodies, after having recovered from Covid-19, which can prove the level of antibodies with a serological test, with the addition of a negative PCR test executed at Abu Dhabi airport at the arrival, shall be allowed as well as fully vaccinated guests. Despite the laws and rules, hotels in the country shall require to the local authorities exceptions for their guests, still meeting all the basic and core requirements in terms of health and prevention.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful, going beyond their typical duties to make us feel at home. We travelled with an 8-month-old baby so we had a number of requests, all of which were met immediately and perfectly. I would like to emphasise the support we got from Sanjeev (the hotel's security manager), the staff at the reception, and the staff taking care of our daily room cleaning. Everyone was perfect!

Honestly I liked everything. The building, the views, the big size of the room, the comfortable bed, the complete silence during the night, the fantastic pool, the terrace and the breakfast. But the best was definitely the staff. Everyone was extraordinarily friendly, hospitable and available to help at any time. I was only staying there for one week during a business trip, but I immediately felt like home. It’s clear that everyone in the hotel goes the extra mile to become familiar with you, which immediately creates a very good, warm and welcoming vibe, while keeping very high standards of professionalism and respect to the customer. I remember with special care many friendly faces who definitely made me feel at home while in Abu Dhabi: the concierges, the staff in the reception, the baristas, the guy at the swimming pool, the cleaning service staff, and the lovely people at the breakfast. I would definitely stay again in Andaz Capital Gate if I come back to Abu Dhabi. Being happy and well rested in the place you stay means everything for the success of a business trip.

The Wi-Fi was not so strong if you connect with a work laptop with VPN. The pool closes too early (7 pm).

The staff were outstanding, I have an EV car, and since the charging station adaptor was not working for the hotel staff, Sanjeev went the extra mile and arranged a charging socket placed especially to charge my car. I stayed for three days and two nights; Sanjeev made sure that my parking space was always available so that I could charge my car whenever required. Thank you, Sanjeev, for your kind gesture and extending support. The Hotel was clean and value for money. The bathroom was very spacious, and I loved the bathtub. The location is close to Grand Mosque & Eastern Mangroves; it's just 15 mins away from the main city, so very convenient to do all your activities.

- Reception is very poor in term of design “its like a coffee shop Not a hotel 5 starts” - Receptionist is extremely extremely slow and took me about 30 mins to complete check in process - Hotel Entrance is blocked by construction and the receptionist is not fully aware of this and couldn’t guide us to alternative way!! this is the midnight shift he was male from Indai - Bad wifi - Reception at 18th floor - Very noise and loud sound of music like you are at night club not a hotel reception!
