Our room was very spacious with a seperate bedroom and had most facilities required for a comfy stay even a washing only machine. Unlike Europe, bottles of water provided free. Central location - close to many good, reasonably priced and varied restaurants and under 1km walk to Madinat Zayed Mall and Al Wahda Mall. For the adventorous, the bus 94 stop to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Louvre located in front of property. Basic brekkie provided. Friendly and helpful staff

The heat. Killed 3 small cockroaches Usual problems in these apartments where bathroom floor gets very wet after shower

Cooperating and professional staff. Ample roomy apartment size. Good bed and about fit furniture. Large bedroom with large wall closets.

Neighboring room was extremely noisy sometimes for a short stay. No floor carpeting. Location along Muroor Road forces long walk to other side of Muroor or to Hazaa Bin Zayed street attractions at night.

The room was clean, very comfortable & spacious. The staff in the reception was extremely accommodating especially Ms. Ann & Mr. Hashim. They were very friendly & approachable. The service was exceptional as well. We had a wonderful experience at Al Nakheel Hotel Apartments even if we only stayed for a night just to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

The only minor issue we had was the wifi connection is only limited to 3 devices but it was alright.

Location is very convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment is wide and spacious, and very clean and Hotel located in heart of Abu Dhabi.

There is shortage in many kitchen appliances (Egg frying pan, Destiny, Meat cutting knife, ect .....). Public parking available with fee (around 15 Dhirham - 24 Hours) and subject to availability.

Amazing location that is accessible to many features and malls. Ak Wahda, Mushrif and Abu Dhabi mall are so near. The apartment is wide and spacious. Yet there is shortage in many kitchen items. Mr. Sharaj in the reception is amazing, kind and extremely helpful.

Kitchen, bathroom towels are kind of old needs to have new set of towels.

The staff was so friendly and helpful which made the stay very enjoyable! The apartment is a little outdated and nothing fancy but it is very clean with great facilities in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. Location is also fantastic. Would highly recommend!

When we arrived, Very accomodating, Friendly, we requested for a room that is quiet as we all know exhibitions will be busy and we want to rest properly. Place is Clean and sanitised. Since we have 2 cars they assisted us the Parking which is hassle free since policy in Abu dhabi Parking is different from other city. The warm Greeting which never end. From security to reception to the lower position is a very good experienced. Internet access they also gave us a set of password so we can use our Laptop for work purposes. Next year for sure will be coming Back. And Looking forward for that same experienced next year. Keep it up

Al Nakheel is a very homey place that makes me and my partner feels very comfortable. Its location is excellent where you can reach many places. Al Wahda mall is 7 minutes walk. Apartments are spacious and bed rooms provides a quality sleep. Very special thanks to Anna in the front desk who is very professional, friendly and made our check in and out so much pleasant. The staff who was helping me with car parking are extremely supportive, with special thanks to Mr. Iqbal.

It is time to purchase new white towels for the bathrooms. Again some kitchen towels and a pot to make Turkish coffee will be of value for those who loves starting their day with it. TV channels upgrade is always appreciated.

You have fantastic staff in Al Nakheel, Ann and Gliza in the reception are fantastic people who always make us feel at home and provide warm welcome. House keeping and security are so helpful. The location is fantastic with access to varied options. Al Wahda mall is very close, walking at night in the busy and entertaining street.

Internet was very slow and did not help me attending my email or browsing the internet. TV size is small compared to the spacious rooms. TV channels are limited,. The interesting channels are not there.

The rules of not having a visitor. We came all the way from dubai.. My husband have to work at the exhibition at adnec and this is also a chance to meet friends living in abu dhabi. But the hotel rule is very strict allowing only 2 visitor. Which doesnt makes Sense that is why we took a hotel apartment.
