Location, air conditioning, spacious 2 bedrooms unit, clean, closeness to a supermarket Lulu where you can buy ready prepared meals. The reception staff was very courteous and welcoming. Easy walk to Corniche (beach), short drive to the Louvre, Emirates Palace and Marina Mall.

Noisy fridge, noise from water pipes when filling the WC tank after flushing. Kitchen does not look to be very functional, but we did not need to cook. The place is wearing, not a brand new.

The check in is supposed to be at 2 pm. But the staff made my family and me wait for almost one entire hour in the lobby/reception area as they claim that the room was still being cleaned. This was highly unprofessional on the hotel’s part.

Good location, very friendly staff (big thanks to the reception personnel, the grade I offer is higher than deserved due to them) , huge apartment. Washing machine was very useful. The bed was verry confortable, I could rest well, bed sheets were clean. Good price.

Cleanliness was the weakest point of the hotel. There were dust and stains everyehere. Furniture and appliances were starting to degrade because of the humidity (could not open windows, the room was quite humid, the washed clothes took forever to dry). I had nothing to wash dishes with, yet there was a 50AED fee for somebody to clean them. We only received body towels (2 when we arrived and only 1 when they cleaned the room). When booking I requested late checkout at 6pm, it was approved and nobody said nothing about extra fees. However, when I got there I had to pay extra 150AED.

very spacious and well-kept two-bedroom apartment, cleaning every two days, bottled water is provided. I asked for an apartment on a higher level for the view and I got it, thanks to the lady at the reception. 15 minutes on foot from the public beach, a few minutes from Lulu Mall and other restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel

Manager was extremely polite, responsive, and respectful. Location is really great 👍. Spacious apartment

House keeping didn't replace toilet towel more than once (they took the old ones without replacing them with a new one). Several times didn't clean the apartment. Bed bugs😢 Air-conditioning were vibrating and causing too much noises.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff were helpful especially Mr.Arjun from Nepal. Hotel location is great being near the WTC and shopping malls abd and Corniche .

-Front desk staffs are very nice, and house keeping staffs are very gentile and helpful! -One-bedroom apartment is very comfortable with a lot of space. Big flat screen TV with few international channels. -Kitchen has the minimum to cook but facilities are very old. -Good location with walking distance to Lulu Hypermarker in WTC building, 10mins walk to the sea front promenade, a lot of restaurants & stores around, Gold Souk nearby with very busy streets in the area.

-Can not open the window, and window counter could be cleaner since it's full of bird drops -Kitchen is old and some cabinets are very wear down that need some upgrades! -Unpleasant smell in the corridor!

Better than we expected! The apartment is huge, the bed is very very confortable, it is very clean and the area is very safe and close to an excellent Lulu Hypermarket. If you need a taxi to visit or to go anywere in Abu Dhabi reception will help you with this. To reach hotel from Abu Dhabi airport you may take bus A2 (or N2 during night shift). Is very convenient (4 dhs per way). In the apartment you have a large livingroom, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds). One mention, at check in a 100 dhs deposit is required (cash or card). We choosed card, the amount was blocked and at check out the message from reception was that the amount will be available in 24 hours. But in couple of minutes I already received the message from the bank that the amount is available! Very very good!

The bath is small (in comparison with the area of the apartment, so if you are 4 people it might be an issue in the morning).

Very stylish and nicely decorated interior of the suite. Very service oriented staff. Very good location in central Abu Dhabi. Just a few minutes walk from the corniche. The shopping mall & souq "World Trade Center" was nearby. Several bus lines were located in the neighborhood to it was very easy, cheap and conventient to reach other areas of the city.

The planning of the breakfast was not 100% as sometimes food and/or cutlery, cups, plates were missing. As per Booking.com description the suite should include a balcony but it turned out to be a minimal space with view into the house opposite the lane ... a few meters away.

The apartments are in a great location. One could walk to Lulu’s, Corniche, and Souks. The apartment was clean! There was a kitchen table in apartment. Meals could be enjoyed in a home setting. Everyone at the apartments spoke English. WIFI was available in the apartment. The breakfast staff, maintenance staff, bellhops and security were very helpful. Also, they ensured proper COVID protocols were followed. The evening front desk staff were very helpful and willing to help us get acclimated with the hotel and area. The washing machine was a great help and worked properly. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to watch TV in English. The apartment had a stove, microwave, and refrigerator that we could utilize. Appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board in the apartment. A safe was available in the apartment to store valuables.

Phone stopped working last 2 days of our stay, when we called for breakfast. Thus, we had to go down to front desk to seek assistance in getting breakfast. There wasn’t an area in the restaurant to enjoy a meal without one sitting around smoke. The balcony door was locked. Thus, it took days for our laundry to dry. Daytime front desk staff were less than helpful. Parking was a nightmare even with valet. Never could get the appropriate number of washcloths or hand towels for the number of people in our room. No sound blocking for noise from the mosques.
