Emirates Plaza Hotel

Everything is okk about location or clearness,, but there is some staff who even don't really listening your request,,,i was having headache,so i call all the department,front desk,room service,houskipping, no buddy take it seriously 😒 even they don't care,, but few were so friendly,,,

There is no personal records for the lady who come to guest room from bar,, I get roab by one Turkish lady, she came in my room ,and very cleverly she take my money,or even one botel of whisky 🥃 It was so annoying,, but reception they dont have there records to trece her,, Its was my bad experience ,,i lost ,, please update this security issue

Receiption Philipino Girl behave ... room cleaning Staff and nice people over all .. booking.com charge me hidden extra amount which not showing on paying time but hotel staff they do them best and i love it ... that lady in reception very kind nice professional

Seacuriry garda once mine friends came check much ... and i dnt like booking.com hidden prices which they take extra

Their staff will greet you with a warm and friendly attitude, and they'll do anything you need (within reason) to make sure that you have a fantastic stay. If they notice any problems, they'll work quickly and efficiently to resolve them

I found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, The bathroom had not been properly cleaned,

– The hotel is situated in a really good area full of shops and restaurants. Very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall. Room was really clean. Reception Staff is really helpful and kind. Thank you Nipun for your kind service . These guys are great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

One major negative is that AC is controlled centrally and it wasn’t possible for me to adjust the temperature in my own room.

All the staff was very helpful, especially Arun and Nipun, special thanks to them for an excellent service

Was very difficult to fins a parking, since the hotel doesn't have parking

The location of the hotel was closer to all the places I wanted to visit

The loud noise from the 4th floor is not good, can't make you have a good rest, also the management should put sound protective/absorber doors so that no noise leaves the doors after it closes

Welcoming, friendly, helpful reception, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, good location. All members of the staff makes you feel instantly "at home".specially Mr Emad very kind and helpful for me, once again thank you so much

The public visited the hotel inside. Room 1003 flooring is damaged and need to replace floor carpet. More improved housekeeping timing

The facilities in the room were amazing: toilet shoes, toothpaste/brush, weighing machine, coffee etc.

The room was a bit cold and ac was central so I couldn’t regulate it. But I called room service and they resolved it by closed the vents.
