Excellent service I was hosted by the valet named Kristor he was very welcoming and even offered me refreshing juice and guided me to reception to available support to host me. They were very informative and valet took my luggage very quickly. I was surprised how polite and attentive to details the team was . Breakfast was very tasty with wide options to support tastes . Highly recommended

Wonderful customer of service. Uche as concierge was very helpful in solving our delayed baggage issue and Mr T helped us out with our booking for the New Year’s Eve party at the Hidden Bar. Great location for the firework display. Access to the Galleria shopping mall and promenade outside to walk along. Has gym and pool.

Windows of the room could have been cleaner. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room. We had to call them up to remind them to do so. We booked our reservation for the New Year’s Eve Party a long time ago, but they did not get back to us and did not have our seats confirmed at the front which was a bit of a disappointment. Room rate was very expensive, but it was New Year. Some of the plugs in the room did not work properly.

The hotel is luxurious, the breakfast is great, the staff is amazing and the hotel is pretty new, which is always nice

The location wasn't that good (and wasn't bad as well), Corniche st. probably would be a better location.

I like how fast do the staff respond to customers. I loved our view. I also liked the price. It’s calm and cosy. I like how close was it to cleveland hospital

Check in took too long. But check out was a breeze. I hated the breakfast. The staff were untrained well even though it wasn’t a full house. We had to call them to order a drink and call them back to order eggs the menu was limited many types of cereals. No hot dishes. The bacon was too hard. I ordered a medium eggs it came runny. The pots led were too heavy to be lifted. No one around to explain some items.

I recently stayed at the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the exceptional service from the valet and reception staff. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and personalized touch throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's connection to The Galleria Al Maryah Island mall. It was amazing to have such easy access to a world-class shopping and dining destination. The convenience of being able to walk directly from the hotel to the mall was a huge plus, and we enjoyed exploring everything it had to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in the city. Everything… from the welcoming as soon as I came in until the last minute I left the property. I reserved a two bedroom suite and I was upgraded to a presidential suite… which was fabulous to say the least… The room had beautiful panoramic views, spacious and impeccable clean… I love their attention to the details after each cleaning of the room… The location is also prime, walking distance to the galleria mall and a number of the top restaurants in the city…

Love how the hotel reception is so friendly with me and my family . My toddler loves the hotel, the rooms in luxury style and the size is very good and they have options of connecting rooms and the food quality is excellent, and the location is perfect specially the hotel is connected from inside between galleria mall and Cleveland hospital.they have Valet parking service and optional service for self car parking. Rosewood hotel is the best option in Abu Dhabi👍🏻

Everything is perfect

Still well maintained even though its been some years since this hotel was opened. Apollo in Manor club gave us outstanding service, he was very courteous, helpful and prompt.

Breakfast is good but fell short of what one expects from a 5 Star hotel, so I had breakfast in other Abu Dhabi 5 Stars where the menu options were endless. Manor Club is good but again small for such a size 5 Star, in peak times it gets crowded.

The hotel is amazing, the staff could not be more helpful and the location to the exclusive restaurants and shopping mall is perfect. I have never stayed at a hotel where the room cleaner tidies the cables for your computer, for instance, with a velcro tie that had the hotel emblem on and leaves zeiss glasses cleaner for you. We can't wait to go back
