Very nice rooms, all the facilities were there. Staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is also pretty good. Wifi working well. Nice view.

Some places should be renovated, not so modern. They don’t answer either on booking messages or emails (in other reviews I have read the same, unfortunately) the only way to contact them is by phone. This should be fixed. They should care about client’s requests before the arrival.

Location was close to my place of work. It's in a non-noisy, well maintained area. Lulu Express Super market ATM, couples of eateries are within 500m Behind the hotel is City Bus Stop. Hotel is good - functional, comfortable, helpful smiling staff, good housekeeping, quick to attend. My room had kitchen, washing m/c, microwave, bathroom. Rooms & bathroom are bit old, but neat & clean, well maintained If they refurbish a bit, it will get back it's splendor & shine. I did not use restaurant, so cannot comment on food.

To begin with, staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the guests. I ordered most of my food from the in-house restaurant named L'Auberge Palace, where food is very tasty at a reasonable price.

Although my room is very comfortable to stay in, the soundproofing of the units is not adequate to protect the guests from disturbing noise from the other neighbouring units. Personal issues of then other guests creating the noise may be out of the property's control; hence, I would suggest putting families instead of solo or couple travellers.

This is a perfect place to stay! Your team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, assisting with every request. The exquisite and delicious breakfast adds to the experience. Highly recommended! We're very grateful and will definitely book again.

Overall, our stay has been enjoyable; however, We noticed a lingering cigarette scent in the room, likely from a previous guest. I suggest reinforcing a strict no-smoking policy, and perhaps implementing automatic air fresheners or scented wall flowers to eliminate the odor. Additionally, consider upgrading the outdated television to enhance guest experience Thank you for your kind understanding.

It is a huge building easily visible from the main Zayed the First street. In the walking distance you will find the bakery and grocery. Main bus station is also very close. Expect to pay around 80 dirhams for metered taxi from the airport. The staff is very helpful. You can apply for the late check-out. They provide tea and coffee bags.

It is hard to find the negatives... It will be nice if they will offer detailed info on the city buses - where the bus stops are located and how to pay for the ride eg. bus A2 goes from this area to the airport...

Swimming pool was under maintenance for all the duration of stay. Unavailable parking.

They allowed me to checkin early which was great since I didn't have much to do. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and quite helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage for 2.5 weeks since I had to travel back. There is mosque right in front of the building and plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants around the building. The closest public bus stop is on 2 minutes of walking distance.

everything was to my liking. very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. location very convenient, lots of little coffee shops, restaurants and Lulu supermarket in walking distance. bus Nr A2 to airport just across the road, also bus Nr 94 to Grand mosque. the room was perfect for my requirements. very comfortable bed, no outside light shining into my room. I turned off aircon, opened window and had a wonderful sleep. next time in Abu Dhabi, I would stay here again.

Nice and friendy personal. Nice room. Good location. Delicious breakfast

We had a room for three. 1 double bed and 1 sofa. Sofa wasn't prepared for the guest, the sheet and duvet was missing. We didn't have to ask the staff for missing duvet, because it was too late. About half an hour later, someone knocked and brought a duvet. It took a long time for the hot water to heat up.

All is perfect only water in shower room not enough for shower if they could fix it
