Crowne Plaza Yas Island, an IHG Hotel

The location, the breakfast, the reception they were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I bought the tickets for the yas parks online, much cheaper and can be used within14 days from the date you will chose, don't buy the fast tracks online unless you are sure from the date you will use them, or they'll expire. They can be used for the specific date you'd choose. (For only one day , then they'll expire) , Fridays in water park for ladies only! And boys from 7 and under.

The smell of the room was like a wet towel , i think that happened because the humidity of the weather.

The hotel is elegant and clean, in a nice area close to the sea (free access to the near Yas Beach). The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate all your needs. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a lot of options.

We booked a bedroom for 3 adults, with 2 beds, one double and one single. Although the room was wide enough to conveniently accommodate both beds, the single bed was a not very comfortable cot which was brought into the room when we were already in. Such a fancy hotel should provide normal single beds in the bedrooms for 3.

The staff was super nice, especially bell boy Valery and concierge (forgot his name). The room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only one moment was distracting me- lots of kids who were ill with viruses and were coughing and swimming in the pool like that. Beach nearby is was good, less posh that Yas Beach but mostly same kind of sand and shore :D nice hotel for staying with kids.

Prices in restaurants were high…. But i guess that’s common thing for the city

The hotel is situated in Yas Island close to the airport so very convenient. The views are amazing. Good food and relaxing space. The pool is a great size. This hotel is good place to just switch off! The room is fantastic size and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! I would stay here again for sure! Definitely a 4 star that should be a 5 star hotel!

The business lounge offer with the room is only for the day you arrive and I couldn't use it the next day even though I had to wait in the hotel for a few hours. The reception area can get very crowded and noisy in terms of if you are going to wait there until you leave.

Very clean room, a very nice and lavish room overlooking the Yas Marina circuit. Very good location, very close by to the theme parks, Yas mall, and only a short cab ride from the airport. They have access to two beaches available till sunset everyday. The breakfast included has a good selection and the food was delicious.

I decided to opt for the dinner option because I arrived very late on day one of my trip. Being a vegetarian, there weren't plenty of options available for me to actually eat. But the limited options that I was able to eat were good. Overall, unless you eat meat, I wouldn't recommend getting the dinner option. Too pricy for the very selected vegetarian options.

Fast check in, good daily cleaning, delicious and with good variety breakfast/dinner, beautiful pools for children and adults.

Things to improve. They look sustainable and provide daily water from the filter in their glass bottles, so it as strange to see a plastic glass in the bathroom. They have a shower in the bathtube, so when you take shower and come closer to the shower you may slip, that is a little inconvenient. If you stay farther and make water going farther, it will go down on the floor. (not sure if there is anything can be done) It would be good to have a clock on the shower wall at the pool, so you can check the time while you are in the pool and your phone is away. As hotel is a resort, there are many families with children, the noise coming of corridor sometimes very loud. Same happens during breakfast. If I hadn’t been here with children, I wouldn’t stay here, because of the noise.

Binod and Olha at Customer Desk were really helpful as were all staff. We were allowed to check in early (for additional pay but still, we checked in at 5 AM). Everyone was really helpful and it the staff that make this place special. Shuttle bus to Yas mall worked great, as did the vouchers for the Yas beach!

There is a smell of damp especially in the evening hours, but that is just climate I suppose. It was busy over the weekend and large queues were formed at breakfast because everyone was waiting to be served by poor staff that needed help. It would have been safer if people were just left to help themselves.

The location is excellent, beautiful view from our room on the 7th Floor. Plenty of choice of food for Breakfast. This is my favourite meal of the day I was not disappointed. The Staff at breakfast were very pleasant and attentive.

Unfortunately the bedrooms are tired and in need of refurbishment.we have been coming to this Hotel for many years now. Rooms are clean, and beds comfortable. Furniture is worn, headboard badly marked. I did bring this to the attention at Reception to which they said they are aware and the Hotel is going to be refurbished next Year. Which is good news as we will look forward to booking next Year

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We moved from the superior to the deluxe room for the balcony and view which was definitely worth it. The private beach was beautiful and everything was so sanitary. The free passes to yas was also a great bonus.

The pool was too cold to swim in unfortunately and the baby pool was only warm enough one day. The breakfast hot items were not hot enough but I enjoyed the variety.

First of all the Crowne Plaza Staff is exceptionally good. Its always People and their hospitality makes your stay comfortable. Here I would like to mention name of Mr. Anmol and Mr. Zain who are dedicated, having good communication skills, culturally aware and having a positive attitude. Even other staff members doing difference duties in the hotel premises be it concierge, valet, restaurant staff, house keeping, pool staff, beach staff, hard to remember all the names, they all are doing their best to make the stay of the guests comfortable and a pleasant experience. Kudos to all

I think accessories like towels, toiletries etc. provided could be better. Secondly maintenance of taps etc especially in the shower are required.
