This is a 3 star hotel and is such it is basic. The rooms are small but …. very clean , the beds are very comfortable and it’s nice and cosy warm. Previous reviews have said it smelled of smoke but that is certainly not the case now. The staff are very helpful and the little restaurant on the side did an amazing steak with a mushroom sauce. The breakfast is limited but plenty , yogurt, boiled eggs , cheese , ham , cereal , bread and croissants. The location is also very good . In a city where the prices are so high for accommodation, I would throughly recommend this hotel as a budget alternative.

The hotel is well located, the room is spacious and was clean (5p room), the staff is helpful and accomodating. We were given a city card and a map, and could go around with trams, busses and little boats. A very basic breakfast was included (bread, butter and nice croissants).

The 5p room is a bit too hot, works for me but didn't work for my partner, but it has ceiling fan and also a couple of portable ones. The room is outdated, in need of some basic renovation and small deco care.

Family room was perfect for our family of 5, rare to find a room for all of us together. Beds were very comfy. Pepper steak dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Female employee who checked us in and served us dinner was lovely and very helpful and patient with us. As were the two male employees in the restaurant that night.

The location was great and the staff was very positive and helpful. The breakfast was quite simple and included croissant, pain chocolat, cereal, boiled eggs and juice. Coffee can be requested from the bar.

Would be nice to have a few more breakfast options like a salad or pancakes. :D The room was a bit warm and the room cooler wasn't working properly. We didn't ask the admin to change it though, so that's on us.

The hotel was good price-quality choice. The best things about it were staff (very friendly and helpful), the location (10 walk minutes away to the lake and city centre, shops, cafes near the hotel) and the cleanness. Special thank you to the young man at the reception who let us do late check out which was perfect with the baby who could have an extra day nap before the travel. The room was basic, corresponding to the 3 star hotel, the only difficulty we had with the family room was that it was in the attic, and got so much heated during the day, that even with the cooler in the room it was hard to sleep, we lacked air in the room. The rest was good, the breakfast was basic, but had all we needed for the early time of the day as we don’t eat much at that time usually anyways.

Nice hotel and breakfast with big spacious room. We were really pleased to have a microwave and fridge in the room too. It was a little hot at night as it was on the top floor but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Location and staff. Staff are really friendly . Location is very close to trams .

The wall with the wooden slates across the rooms can be dangerous as we bumped into them.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating for our several requests and they provided us with free public transportation voucher for Geneva city

The room was fine, just what we needed. Hot water in the shower was plentiful. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist with a smile.

It is really well located. Near the lake and the old town. We get a very big room. It was comfy too.

The breakfast could be better.
