Windows do not open at all!! Too much humidity in the room

A nice hotel on a good location - close to nightlife and leisure activities, and a 30 minute bus ride away from the capital city where you can see most of the tourist attractions. The apartment is new and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is a nice hotel breakfast!

The hotel is located on a busy part of the island, near clubs etc. so there's some noise during the evening and night (but not much). If that's something that bothers you, be mindful of that fact, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me.

Central in St. Julian. Good Breakfast and large /modern room. Staff was also very friendly. Very good and central location.

A littlebit noisy (daytime because of construction, nighttime because of bars around the hotel, the construction sounds were more annoying). A wardrobe or hook for jacket in the would be nice.

very good location in the citycenter. even if is close to the busy streets full of nightlife, is located in a quiet street. very nice room, cleaning and change of towels every day. very good breakfast!

the only thing that is a minus is that close to the hotel is a building area and every morning by 8 a.m. when the construction started you cannot sleep because of the noise. for us that was not such a big problem because that hour was perfect to wake up and start the day.

I liked how friendly the staff were especially the staff from Spain. She even talked to me in Spanish and I felt very comfortable and welcomed in the hotel. Breakfast was really good, even the small amount of offer made it feel like a lot. (Cute and simple but very good). The location is in the middle of St. Julian's party location. Even though I didn't go there for partying it was very nice to be around this area.

There's actually nothing major to complain about. Maybe just the barrier free access. I don't know if I missed it but when you arrive and depart with the big luggage, you have to take the 7 steps of stairs to access. :) But further more it's just what happened within my comfort zone. I received mosquito bites as souvenier during my sleep so make sure to bring mosquito repelant spray with you. There are currently construction works happening at the backyard of the hotel so you don't need an alarm clock to wake you up. :D

The Staff were so friendly and accommodating! They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location is perfectly situated close to everything. They have a wonderful breakfast as well.

I liked everything about this place

Hotel was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel's owner was arrogant, unhelpful, and confrontational. We were given a small parking fine for parking outside the hotel within the bay marked "reserved for hotel" as directed by the hotel staff. When we mentioned the fine, the staff were extremely sympathetic and admitted a simple mistake had been made - these things happen. However the owner got involved, tried to disclaim any responsibility, and after treating us rudely, completely ignored any future communication despite agreeing to follow it up. By all means stay in the hotel, the staff are lovely and it's very comfortable. But be wary of the parking and avoid the complete throbber of an owner.

The staff was very nice and I felt well looked after. A good selection at breakfast set me up for the day. The room was sparcely furnished but I had all that I needed. Good location with lots of restaurants and bars to spend the evenings. Buses in most directions leave just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

I was very pleased with the location, the staff, the facilities, and the interiors of the hotel. The staff members were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The strategic location helped me go to different places easily. It was connected to the city center which is the heart of Saint Julians, a must-visit. I would totally recommend this hotel.

I would like the hotel to increase the housekeeping staff timings in case the guest needs help middle of the night due to an emergency. Also, some staff at the cafe spot because I could see the front staff had to multi-task by being present at the reception and making coffee. I have full respect for them but I hope the hotel can recruit more staff to take care of the cafe to make it an efficient service.

excellent location in St. Julian, comfortable double bed for two and extra bed for two children. the staff works very hard

even though I'm 180 tall, the length of the bed is on the knap. In front of the hotel, several large buildings are being built, from which the noise of the works can be heard.
