Room was clean and good location, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was pretty good and food area is kept very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to the McDonald's, Subway Sandwich shop and Gas Station, truly an asset. Grounds and Pool area very nicely kept.

It would have been better if cleaning crew had stopped by and tried to tidy up my room before my wife had returned back to the room. She actually went to ask the housekeeper for more clean face clothes and towels for the room. We thought the cleaning lady would have stopped by to clean the room, since she saw my wife and I leave out, but when my wife returned back in about 3 hours or so, she had already bypassed our room and had not gone in to clean, so my wife went down to her and asked for more clean towels and face cloths and retuned the used ones to her for disposal, but I'm not sure of the Hotels House Keeping Policy, since the pandemic???

The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. The breakfast was excellent with different varieties of food and drinks. Love the lemon 🍋 water was available all day long and made freshly throughout the day. It was much needed with the weather being in the 90s plus. It's very hydrating and refreshing. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning for a much longer stay. 🙂

The property was very easy to find and was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best part!

We did have trouble checking in but it was 3:00 am. No one was at the desk, but we were able to call and someone came to unlock the door. She was very nice and helpful.

It was clean, updated, quiet, and close to 85. The last time we stayed in a holiday inn express it was not a good experience. We were apprehensive, but this was wonderful. The woman who helps with breakfast was friendly and attentive and made sure everything was perfect!

Everything. Very clean, though there was a spill by the elevators that dried down and was not cleaned. But otherwise a wonderful place, just off the highway. Staff very kind, breakfast great.

I always stay at Hilton when I go home not needed a suite and this was my first stay at holiday inn express and it was great! Clean, courteous staff and delicious breakfast. I will stay again.

Pool wasn’t as clean and no towels in area but otherwise great stay!

The bathroom sliding door in our suite wouldn't open, and my wife was stuck for about 20 minutes.. but this was a temporary and minor issue.. didn't affect our stay at all.

They were short staff on worker to clean the room, but the ladies did a good job.

Our tube hadall types of papers in it. We needed extra tissues and toilet 🧻 paper when we just walked in.

My daughter and I came to stay so we could make it to an appointment early the next morning. When we got there the guy working the front desk was super nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool as well. Both my daughter and I did not want to leave the next morning.

I found someone's Subway cup with straw in the fridge as well as an opened Gatorade. It was kind of difficult to fall asleep with the noise from the truck stop that was so close to our side of the hotel. Also the toilet kept running. I did have to wash clothes while there which the one dryer ate over 10.00 worth of quarters. (It wasn't drying like it should) I ended up switching dryers. I spoke to the girl who was working after 11 PM and she didn't seem too concerned about it.

We arrived after 10 pm, and the front desk clerk at that time was wonderful! Location was good, very convenient from the highway, yet still quiet. Plenty of parking. I liked that there were bright lights in the parking lot, I felt my car was safe. Everything seemed clean and recently renovated.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste. The water pressure on the fourth floor was weak.
