Breakfast was good. Location for what we had to do was not obvious for us, but it served it's purpose for not having no other choice or options to be closer to Hampden-Sydney College 2024 graduation.

It was ok. Had to drive hour and half to Hampden-Sydney College. Hotel was good for us due to all others in college area full or too expensive for two nights. But, unfortunately, had ended up at college going through back roads from hotel.

First and foremost I would like to say how incredibly welcoming the young woman was who checked us in! I did my due diligence before deciding on this hotel as there are several in the area. I was definitely not disappointed. It was clean, safe and the staff were kind and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was good. We stayed in room 116. It was spotless, spacious well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Parking lot is large and safe.

Everything wonderful staff, rooms are So clean and fully equipped with all the toiletries you need. Breakfast was efficient, with a good selection. Late check in was smooth and even offered late check out.

Had to u-turn off the highway exit to get into parking lot and if you miss the road you have to turn around and do it again.

The hotel was clean and looked recently redone. Our room was beautiful and the bed comfortable. The guests and the staff were friendly and greeted everyone. Felt like home. The morning breakfast spread was delicious and the touch screen coffee machine was an absolute home run.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful and made me feel like that they were there to serve me and that I wasn't a bother to them. I will stay there again next year. A BIG Thank you!!

I know that it is an older hotel so I expected some noise as repairs are getting done. It will be a lot quieter when they are finished.

Delicious breakfast of waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and mini cheese omelette. Coffee 24 hrs. Laundry room was an added essential. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great wifi and computers available in lobby. Location, walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. Will definitely stay at Best Western my next trip to South Hill.

It was great that I was not able to enter my room because the battery in the door went out. Had to go to the adjoining room to go to my room where she had a baby. Had to interrupt their stay. Other than that it was great. Thank you.

The rate, room, and staff were exceptional l. From the time I walked in until I left, the staff treated you like they knew you and were as polite as anyone could imagine The room was clean and cozy, and made sleeping incredible.

I only had one issue and that was the shower curtain. The curtain didn't fit and would not close so I had water everywhere. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Right at the highway, location near stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, ALL the receptionists where cool, and friendly. Made us feel welcome!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
