Our sixteenth hotel on our tour of America and after our last superb hotel we were anxious. No need to be as from our welcome to getting in to our room all went very nicely. Room was a good size, clean and plenty of pillows! Breakfast was very good considering the price but coffee could do with improving. Despite advising the building is scheduled for a refurb later this year housekeeping have kept it fresh and very usable, well done. The bonus was a Walmart store is virtually its next door neighbour.
Nothing, they are doing a good job welcoming customers and looking after them.

The breakfast was surprisingly good in this post-Covid period. The past two trips to Bastrop involved me peering through a plexiglass wall or an outside window for service! Handicap room nice.
Toilet drained constantly until I removed a blockage at the flapper valve. The lavatory is sagging, the soap slides into the bowl. A wheelchair bound person can't reach the little bottles.

The breakfast wasn't very special, but okay. The staff was wonderful!!!! I am handicapped, and need help every now and then. One of the staff, her name is Alice, was so good to me She helped me on numerous occasions. We need more people like her, and I think she needs a raise!!.
The breakfast, but with the Covid, I understand there isn't much you can do.

The breakfast was good but it could of been a little fresher and hot (the eggs and sausage) on Sunday
I didn't like that on Saturday morning your sign says breakfast starts at 7 we got there At 805 am or so ready to leave and there was no eggs, waffle mix or anything, when we asked the girl says she was about to make it at past 8am.

The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. When my remote control for the TV didn't work, they came right to my room to fix it. That was above and beyond what I expected. Great Experience.

Everything. Very fancy and nice room décor. Made us feel special. Very good breakfast bar...loved that and the coffee maker in the room for extra coffee.
