I loved everything about the experience. My flight home was canceled and I had to find a last-minute solution. The accommodations were excellent and it really put me at ease during a time where I would normally have panicked.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was very helpful. They made a tense situation favorable for me and that means a LOT!

Not a very hospitable neighborhood Impossible to walk around, some outside cars park outside on the street. The hotel is really comfortable, nice and courteous staff. Great selection for breakfast.

The toilet seat was loose, had to screw it back and it went loose again. The Keurig machine did not work, the turn table of the microwave was a little more bigger than it should. The little refrigerator was too old, it was not cool enough and it was kind of limping as if the floor was not even. We told the clerk when we checked out and she apologized for the inconvenience and took note of. I just forgot to let her know about the refrigerator now that I remember.

Newly renovated! We arrived to a cool, very clean & comfortable room. The staff were amazing.

Once I put the location for navigation, I did finally get there but it was very hard to find based on the location being on the side of a street. Also, the very familiar Holiday Inn logo is completely hidden from seeing and the main entrance for the hotel lobby is off to the side. I was in Texas during a heatwave, and I was looking forward to taking my grandchildren swimming in the pool & it was outside & behind the gate with no shaded area for adults to sit.

property somewhat needing little repairs here and there but overall wonderful stay . 13 minutes or so from downtown was nice 👍🏻 staff was helpful and very polite

hard to find at first/ tall sign wasn’t up / so it was hidden behind trees. ice box in my room had melted water in it / not cleaned not enough trash cans in room for four. academy across the street parking on both sides of the street / made it hard to see getting a safe left turn out of the parking lot .

Loved the staff and employees. Very friendly and professional. Good breakfast selection. Quiet and chill environment. Loved the dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers. Great wifi. Location was convenient.

Everything was good. No issues aside from hearing somebody playing on the elevator.

The room is clean and warm. What I love the most is that there is a bathtub which is convenient for my little kids to bath. Everything is organized nicely.

Room was a little small. Rug needed to be washed as it looks very dusty. The microwaver did not spin. I reserved the room from booking.com and it said queen room with two queen beds, but it was actually two full beds. It was not much problem as my family of 4 are all small size, but I expected to know it before booking.

This hotel felt really new and clean. Evertything worked and check in was easy. There was plenty of parking. We did not use the amenities so can't speak to those. Feels safe in that area. Had no trouble parking.

Nothing much. The only issue with this hotel is location. It is not walking distance to resaurants or any of the other stuff people come to Austin for, but it is right off the highway.

Breakfast was so good. So much variety. We really enjoyed it. We were not expecting so many choices. It was delicious and everyone left with a full tummy, so that saved me money. It definitely beat other places we've stayed at.

There was really nothing that you could complain about. Like I said, it beat our expectations and was very much appreciated. We will definitely book again.

Breakfast was great; location was good but you can’t see your sign for the trees so you can easily drive by it even with your navigational system. Trimming the tops of the trees in front of the sign would help.

Nothing everyone was nice. Very sweet and respectful staff members. Might need a translator from time to time but they were definitely available.

Traveling alone, I appreciate the well lit parking lot and easily accessible parking spaces from the front door

I was told I can park right in spots directly across the front door (I asked front desk prior to going up to my room) but the next morning there was a letter on my car that said I was parked in a no parking zone. There were four other cars parked in same location as me the night before and three others the morning of so I’m not the only one who got the OK. I’m so glad my car didn’t get towed though.
