The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Enough space and my kids. Loved the indoor pool The manager deserves a raise. He sorted my issues out without wasting time. I would be returning.

We initially had a terrible experience with Bryan, a racist front desk person but thankfully the manager stepped in and made it all go away.

The front desk lady was very polite and gave us suggestions where eat when we asked her and she made sure are rooms were clean and ready a few minutes before check-in time. The rooms were pleasant since I had rented to rooms. The other couple was pleased too. The cleaning lady provided me with plastic bags of my guests was feeling nauseous and began to feel ill.

The ice machine was low on ice on my floor and my other guest finally found a machine with more ice on the last floor. We sat in the patio outside and it was pleasant until the mosquitoes arrived. The complimentary coffee in the hallway was not hot but lukewarm. There were only two complimentary mint tea bags too. So we used them and then there were none. There were a few orange spice tea bags. The water with the orange slices had to be refilled which done within the hour. Overall it was not bad and they may have been short of staff.

Such friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was better than most of the equivalent hotels in the region with rather more choice - love those waffle makers! Room spacious and good air con (believe me, absolutely essential anywhere in Texas in summer!) Good value for money. You could pay a lot lot more in Austin - it's a thriving, expanding city and downtown hotels do not come cheap.

The location is a little way out from Downtown: 11 miles. Then saying this only took us 15 or so minutes to drive as straight down the interstate and you are there.

Clean. Location and professional

Room had plumbing issues and wasn’t taking care of until next morning after notifying the front desk 4 times. Woke up to having a flood in the bathroom because the toilet overflowed. The manager sent maintenance to the room while we ate breakfast, when we returned to the room we noticed they left the door open with our belongings inside. Purses, jewelry, and luggage. Very disappointed

We stayed during Christmas and the kids really enjoyed the cookie decorating bar as well as the hot chocolate bar. Really made the kids excited to stay there during Christmas! The first room we stayed in the air conditioning did not cool down but we changed rooms and the air conditioning was great in the second room. The breakfast was really good with a large assortment of items. Hot sausage or vegan patties, waffles, cereal, muesli, bread, yogurt, fruit, eggs, coffee tea. Did the Quetion by restaurants and shops staff was friendly and professional. I am a light sleeper, the room was quiet, we could not hear any traffic outside. Good wifi signal. Appreciated the mini fridge.

We were not told at check in that we needed to request room service so we did not have room service during the six days we were there. At first I thought the maids weren’t coming because it was Christmas Eve Christmas Day etc. but then I asked on the last day and discovered the reason why. We use the pool, but it was not clean.

The property was very clean. The outside of it compared to the other sitting around it kind of made me worry. But once we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised and the staff was extremely kind. Our room was perfect size for the five of us and we would definitely stay there again.

The outside of the property could use some cleanup as far as just painting and looking as new or as nice as the surrounding hotels. The outside of the property is what made me wish that I have not booked there until we went inside. So driving by I would not have chose that hotel out of the other Marriott surrounding it.

The pool size was disappointing not matching what was advertised (size). Breakfast was good and the room was clean

What I didnt like is the confusion between Booking.com and your hotel as far as the payment. The hotel requested that we provide a credit card when we checked in. Then stated "were not charging the card" BOOKING charges you. I returned home and the only charge was from the Fairfield Hotel with an additional day charge that will be returned. So confusing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. There is lots of parking and it is well lit at night so it felt safe. The breakfast bar had many delicious options.

There is nothing that we didn't like. It is far from the city centre so it is a better option for people that are working nearby as opposed to tourists hoping to see the sights.

The staff went above and beyond to overcompensate for the scanner for the card key didn’t work. No one was able to give room keys to the hotel guest. The employees had to escort each guest to their room the entire weekend. Hats off to the entire team!!

The fact that upper management didn’t take into consideration the dress that they put on their employees by not replacing the key scanner in a timely manner.

Receptionist was very nice.

The 1st room that we were given, had dirty linen on the bed. My husband noticed a odor when we came into the room. After inspection we noticed that the bed smelled. Also the main hall to our room was extremely hot. We were given another room which was clean. The hall to this room was cool.. After the experience with the 1st room we felt funny. We slept that night but we were very restless. * I love it when we go into a fresh clean room. I give Spring Hill a score of 8. The lady at the front counter was very nice, and cooperative with everything. The Breakfast was ok. No?!!!!!!!!! We will not use Spring Hill again.
