We had a wonderful stay. They lady's cleaning always asked what we needed and left. What we did not have in the room they had down at front desk.

Need assigned parking.So that if you have paid for a room you are guaranteed a parking spot. Thankfully they let us park in a no parking area so that we had a place to park.

I always enjoy staying here, the staff is always friendly, the breakfast is great, and the location is great. My husband and I used to stay there alot, this was my first trip by myself, he passed away 2 years ago and the room I was in this time was the room me and him stayed in the first time we stayed at this hotel.

It needs some work the room I stayed in, the floor was in need of repair, and the hall ways from one side of the building to the other needed lights. And the mattress needed replacing, it sunk down in the middle it was like sleeping in a hole, if it weren't for that it would have been very comfy.

We loved the Spa and the fireplace in the room. We didn't use the TV at all and it was all because we were enjoying the attractions and the spa. We definitely agree with the price for the spa and fireplace in the room and with it being a holiday weekend. Thank you for being so kind to us and very informative every time I called with questions.

There wasn't a lot of room in the parking lot to park near our room. The parking lot is a little hard to get around in once you are in it as well. The first night we were there we were lucky we had a small car because if we didn't we wouldn't have even found the one that we did.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, breakfast is wonderful, the staff are so very friendly, bed is very comfortable.

Parking is not good, it's to tight, and not enough spaces.

The value was great. I don't think you could beat the price, $442.00 total for 6 nights. . It was clean. The staff (who were there, see above) was all very nice and eager to accommodate any request. Breakfast had lots of choices if there was someone available to keep it stocked.... Location was good to all the attractions. Overall its was fine. I wouldn't have given it the sad face emoji.... Lol

Building needed refreshing. Some peeing paint, old fixtures. They were very very understaffed. Some of the workers were manning 2 or 3 posts through their shifts to keep things going. Didn't have a pool, but I'm sure that was a trade off for the price.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The breakfast was really good. It was not just cereal, it was a full breakfast with eggs and toast with sausage. The staff helped me with everything I needed when I needed it,

The friendliness of the staff. Convivence location to restaurants and attractions. Easy to get in and out to the street in a car. Parking is always easy in the parking area with plenty of parking for the hotel.

Middle of the strip, able to walk to the Island and many places to eat near by. It is close to any and all of the local attractions. The check in only took a couple of minutes to complete and we were set to go.

The floors need to be cleaned a little better. The room we stayed in we have stayed in before. The door takes a special touch to get the door to lock.

We stay at this here 3 sometimes 4 times a year. The location is great as it is in the middle of the strip. We also like that there is restaurants that all around. Unfortunately this time the cleaning supplies had my husband having asthma attacks the whole time we were there.

Our bathroom needed some cleaning and the coffee pot did not work. We gave it to the people cleaning but we never got one back. We were in room 308. Lucky for us we also had my parents in room 309 so we had coffee with them.

I had called to cancel the 3rd night, the woman said ok, I'll take the last night off. I had tried several times to adjust the booking on line. Thought it was right. Told the hotel people I was staying just 2 nights. They said ok, there's a 50.00 deposit, given back on departure. I assumed everything was good. I went to check out on 3/12, the man said I wasn't leaving until 3/13, he couldn't change it because I didn't book through the hotel. I couldn't stay another night so I left. I will do MY OWN booking from now on. Lesson learned, I'll share with family and friends, so they don't get burned.

Love the staff all very accompanied with wheelchair land oxygen needs. Nice breakfast normal motel breakfast but it was hot. Room seamed to be redone very nice location and not to noisy.

There's not much I didn't like they were extremely nice im planing a trip in September and I will probably go back . They do need a designated smoking area places to sit outsideur doors.. AND place has no POOL.. But nothing bad I can say very happy with our stay..
