it was a great location and the rooms were clean. staff was wonderful and very friendly.

The only issue I had with the property was 2 things. For one the beds need to be fixed they make a banging noise if you sit down or scoot back and we heard the bed upstairs all 3 nights first night they woke me up. parking is a little rough if you are out late meaning after nine you won’t get a parking space.

The location and price was great! I especially liked the towel art extra touch! It made me think I was staying at an upscale hotel. The room was very clean, which is something I don't usually see it most hotels.

There was mildew/mold on the shower curtain. I think that is because your housekeeping staff roll them up and loop them through the hand bar in the shower while they are still wet. A/C didn't work very well in the room where I was. You need to figure out a way to anchor the curtains on the sides to prevent outside light from getting into the room at night. I tried various times to get the curtains closed to keep out the bright outside lights, but to no avail. Too much light getting into the room at night does not lend itself to a good night's sleep.

The rooms were newly remodeled and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. we loved the furniture inside and outside of the room.

We expected a continental breakfast but only prepackaged muffins, fruit bars, coffee, and juice were aavailable. The muffins and coffee were good (that’s the only things we tried) but when we booked the room we added filters to make sure breakfast was included and expected the usual hotel hot breakfast. Also a snack machine would be nice.

This was, by far, the best room for the price that we have found in PF! Everything was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet (we were on the second floor by the stairs and elevator and never heard any noise outside). The room had been updated recently and we had extra towels on the door waiting for us. Check in was smooth and the staff were all friendly. Thank you!

Wouldn't change a thing! To all the Karen's in other reviews complaining about AC being too cold, hair dryer isn't powerful enough, breakfast is too basic, no room service, blah blah, blah - quit yer whining! This is a great place for a great price.

Location is right off the main road and we could walk down the strip to a lot of places instead of driving. About 20 minute walk (for us) to the Dolly Parton Stampede Show as well which was nice. Room was clean and we loved that they had no carpet in the rooms. Fridge has enough space for left overs and waters. Staff was very friendly. Pool is clean and nice, and chairs are in good condition too. TVs are nice and you get a decent amount of channels. Bathroom was very clean. Balcony chairs are in good condition too.

We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t find anything wrong.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We liked the chairs on the balcony.

The bed closest to the door had something wrong on one side. When you sat down on it, it sounded like tin or thin metal popping. Very loud! There is no place to hang up clothes and no hair dryer. The facility sits back a little ways from the main strip, yet you could hear sirens and motorcycles or loud vehicles throughout the night. We also had a child in the room above us that ran until after midnight. We could hear every step they made.

Room was clean and comfortable. Price was good. Location was ideal. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sink water lines were hooked up backwards. Turn the handle to the right and it was hot, turned to the left and it was cold. Shower water valve was good. Trash dumpster was using up 2 or 3 parking spaces, which were a commodity. Dumpster should be moved to the one spot in front of the HVAC unit, which has a no parking sign in front of it already. This would free up 2 additional parking spots for guests.

The room was clean and quiet. No issues with the room or location.

The breakfast was not a breakfast it was a muffin, orange juice and a power bar. No place to sit. Had to take it to go. Should not have advertised as a breakfast. If I knew no real breakfast I would not have booked this hotel. The ice machine was sitting in the parking lot not under cover. They charge .25 for ice. I never stayed at a hotel that charged for ice.

Room was very clean and a comfortable size. I like that the sink was outside of the toilet/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Shower was very clean. The TV had many different channels.

Booking said breakfast was included, but it didn't seem like there was any? Just coffee and juice in the office. The front desk receptionist didn't mention anything about breakfast. The TV controller did not work well, it was difficult to select channels.

We loved how close it was to everything in PF, the room was recently renovated and very clean. Overall for being right next to the road it wasn’t as loud as I expected it to be. The staff were very nice.

The breakfast options were very limited, we typically choose hotels based on if they have breakfast to help save money, but once we arrived and saw the very small breakfast area and were told they offered muffins, granola bar, etc. we didn’t even go down there in the mornings and ate out for breakfast.
