LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection

The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.

The elevator is really slow and was full more times than not. I guess this is a good problem to have because the number of guests staying has outgrown the elevator's capacity. Definitely take the stairs if you're in a rush. The kitchen and dining area is clean and the food is amazing but the flow during breakfast really gets backed up so the line for the buffet style breakfast blocks people from getting drinks/coffee and the line backs up into the actual kitchen. If the set up could be reversed for the waffle line and the hot food line, starting to the right as you walk into the buffet area instead of the left, this may could be eliminated. Again, a good problem to have since the hotel is so busy.

I didn’t think the hotel lived up to the price. I had debated a similar hotel that was less with the same features. For the price, I just expected more I guess. Room was just okay, water pressure was lacking, bed was okay, room had a musty smell, and A/C wasn’t the best. Loud neighbors above us made it hard to sleep. Overpriced for what it offers IMO.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of seating. Staff were always present attending to any needs.

No comments here. Pleasantly surprised. This was our first visit to the Smokey Mtns in many years. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Clean , well kept beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. Pools were nice, pool areas were clean and kept up. There was an indoor and outside pool, lazy river and small kids pool. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, kitchen was nice to have even though we didn't do any cooking. Breakfast was ok, a few warm items and the usual things you'd expect. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great location off the Pigeon Forge parkway away from heavy traffic but only a few minutes back to parkway. Would recommend hotel to families or couples.

The hotel room is fairly spacious but bathroom was small and could use a little updating I thought.

It was very beautiful. Very clean and I loved the fact that it had a mini kitchen. House keeping staff was very friendly. They always had a smile on their faces whenever I passed them in the corridor.

I had a little incident at the front office which made me feel uncomfortable as a black person.

Our fridge wasn’t working and even though we didn’t notice until 9pm, they sent up a serviceman and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He brought us a new fridge and installed it. That quality service will have us being loyal to your hotel from now on. Free breakfast was great. The pool options were wonderful. The location was SUPERB and we loved having the full kitchen in our room. Pillows had a variety of softness and firmness and the bed was form but not too firm! I slept very well all 4 nights . Our room was on the second floor facing the pool and we loved that

This hotel is set back off the main strip of Pigeon Forge. It’s quiet! We stayed during a very busy weekend due to a car show. We weren’t even aware of it until we got here. There was still ample parking here and peace and quiet. Beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff. I requested a balcony in my booking and got one at no extra charge. It was facing the mountains! Six of us stayed in a Queen Suite which has two Queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The room was clean, well maintained, and perfect. No complaints. There is an indoor pool and large hot tub, and an outdoor pool and hot tub and a little lazy River with tubes. Towels were always available for the pool and rooms. For the price, this is the perfect option for our family. I will always stay here from now on.

Breakfast was bananas, oranges, waffles, muffins, and cereal. Pretty lacking. But again, for the price and quietness, it’s worth it.

Like that it’s back off the main road. It’s quiet but near everything in Pigeon Forge. It has a full kitchen. It’s a small kitchen but it’s a kitchen. 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor both have jacuzzi and outdoor has lazy River. Some rooms have balconies facing the pool area. Very friendly staff. They were amazing.

It is a dated property. They’ve tried to modernize it but the age is telling in some places. Still a nice place though. Pool is shared so can be crowded at times. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and there was no direct air in the room. It pulls air via a fan from the kitchen area. This is fine if no one is sleeping out there because it has to get cold in there to keep the room cool. I like sleeping in very cold room so my son was freezing on the sofa bed. The next night I was hot so he would be comfortable. It’s not bad just giving a heads up. I would definitely stay here. It’s one of my Pigeon Forge go to hotels!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had no issues during our stay. The cleaning staff was very thorough and they were very nice as well. The room was clean, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very homey down to the windows that we could open and let fresh air in. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in during a hotel stay. I loved having the kitchenette in the room and the room itself was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The free breakfast was not that great. My 10 year old enjoyed making her own waffle but the other offerings were not very good. The flow of the breakfast area was not that great either, the trash can in the way of people trying to stand in line to make waffles and people trying to make coffee, etc.

This hotel rocks and their customer service is out of this world!!! I booked through Booking.com a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. We checked in and went to our room to find 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Went back down to tell them it was the wrong room. They told us that is what Booking had sent them and they didn’t have another room with 2 queen beds. She told us to wait and they would see what they could do. In about 20 minutes, they called to say the GM told them to give us a second room for free. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great!!! We have found our new “go to” hotel in Pigeon Forge!!! Highly recommend!!!
