Size and layout of room. In-room coffee maker and the coffee and tea choices were good.

Sad that the menu was so limited. Especially for breakfast. Air conditioner was loud and it was impossible to hear the tv, but fortunately I am a reader, which brings me to the lighting. The bedside light was good for reading but the one in the corner in what I hoped would be my reading chair was merely there to provide low level ambient lighting. Surprised that there was a parking charge. My bad to not see that when I made reservations. But that did raise my total price for the stay.

Really good location and nice room. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

The staff at the reception was quite rude when asking for the invoice: Booking sent a non-formal receipt explaining that the invoice should be provided by the hotel, but the staff at the reception completely opposed to give me any solution, so I do not have any formal invoice to present to my company. Booking has not replayed me jet to my request through the website, either.

This is a luxe hotel with a great location, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. We loved how pet friendly it was, even allowing our dog to sit with us at breakfast. It's conveniently located to the highway and just a 10 minute walk to the shops & restaurants. The bed was super comfy and great water pressure in the shower. Good toiletries, too.

It was a little inconvenient to have the car in the valet lot, but felt it was secure. The valet staff were very friendly and helpful. One morning they were understaffed for breakfast and we had to wait a long while to order and get our food.

The overall experience is top notch. There's somebody at each touch point to greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We loved sitting outside on the patio for a drink. They had plenty of coffee and tea options for morning, and there's a fridge in the room. There's also more than one hook in the bathroom for your towels ;) it's the little things, right?!? We wish we had another night to stay! We'll go back for sure.

Be mindful when you book through a 3rd party site. Their computer system hadn't been syncing up for the last four days, so the 3rd party bookings didn't register. I was charged twice. Thankfully, they're handling it all. Check your bill.

Free breakfast for two paid for the valet parking. The hotel is fresh, new and very modern. Comfortable bed. Great pressure in the beautiful shower. The location in the West End area is great and serves as an anchor between this very fresh and hip area and the Read House with its old Chattannoga elegance anchoring the other end. The hotel is also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, theaters and the Aquarium.

Air conditioner fan a little too loud. The flat screen monitor and the house phone did not work when we arrived, but were fixed soon thereafter.

We loved everything. The decor and design we amazing. The location was perfect. The free breakfast was awesome. It was not a continental breakfast either. This was a full breakfast. They have and awesome dinner as well with room service. The room was so clean and very modern and up to date. They even have a container full of cucumber and mint water in ice to drink on all day if you want in the lobby. so refreshing when you have been out walking all day. it was an amazing stay and the price you pay for what you get is phenomenal. I would very highly recommend the stay and will definitely return.

if I had to say anything bad at all ( and this is so minor) but housekeeping threw away out free breakfast cards and did not restock all of the coffee items. Everything else was perfect. I have more pictures but know where to put them on here.

Super chic and cool place. Valet on site. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great price on the room. Room was beautiful. Got the breakfast package, which was also a great deal. The food was fantastic. Walking distance to other cool places downtown. Loved our stay so much, we’ve already returned for a second stay the following week!

Unfortunately the fire alarm was set off by someone smoking in the lobby bathroom (according to the front desk staff). Scared us awake around midnight. Luckily it went off quickly and we didn’t need to evacuate. Also, not really a negative, but just wanted to mention that I’m not sure it’s a “family” hotel. I traveled w my baby and toddler and felt a little out of place. Did not see other kids there.

Our welcome was very relaxing and pleasant after a LONG day at work. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our meals were so tasty - it was nice to have a gourmet feeling at a hotel restaurant while on the road. The drink selection was on point to say the least - again after a long day of work on the road it was very nice to be able to stay at the hotel but still feel like we had a night out.

the floor in my room felt as though it would peel up any minute. The lights were a bit of a chore to turn on and off at night - minor inconvenience. All in all, though, I felt at home. There are no major complaints.

Loved the vibe of this hotel! Staff was very nice. Room was decorated very nicely, loved the moderness. The bed was very comfy! Everything was very clean. Valet parking was totally worth it! The bar was wonderful! Scenic route was my favorite drink! They made me feel special for my birthday weekend.

Although we enjoyed our weekend stay. The walls seemed very thin in the room we could easily hear our neighbors who stayed up all night the first night and kept us awake🌙 the hot water pressure in the showers was very weak 🚿 other than that very pleased with our choice!

Great location! Amazing friendly staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and comfy. Love the layout of the king room with the desk facing the window and the comfy lounge chair. Would definitely stay here again! Ate at Clyde’s and had the best vegan nachos ever! The Aquarium was beautiful. Fun night life at the Southern Social (darts, pool, ping pong, bowling).

Only complaints were the bikes in the gym didn’t work properly and we couldn’t connect our streaming services to the tv. They offered for an engineer to come take a look but he was working on other rooms and it was late so it wasn’t worth it.
