Best Western Royal Inn

Location was good. There are some small parking spaces and some of which were on slants so that is the only thing we didn't like. I think for the money this hotel is great. I especially found the staff to be nice! I love getting a hot breakfast and am always happy to have a waffle maker at my hotel! The pool was pretty good. I wish I could have kept the pillows , they were dreamy. There were two big full length mirrors to get ready in... that was an awesome bonus!

Just the tight parking...and that some were slanted. I liked everything else... Especially the nice staff.

Location was great for what we were doing. The price was fair and room was decent. And it had some updates some not. It worked for what we needed. Clean and bud bug free. .

It was really close to the highway but the cars on the street that came off the highway by the hotel were worse it , could be because it's slightly on a hill and people are gunning it to get up the hill I'm not sure but they were pretty loud. I have a noise machine I turned on by my head that helped a lot.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived, you don’t have to get on any main roads to go to the Walmart when you inevitably realize you forgot to pack shampoo which for me is a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10

Every time we used the bathroom the door got stuck and we were trapped in there until we were able to force it open, wether this was a hardware issue or a ghost trying to keep me from escaping the bathroom I’ll probably never know

The breakfast was very good, more than bagels and coffee. The only thing was they were covered with wrap but left on an unheated table, so I don’t know how long they had been left there.

They advertise themselves as the Best Western ROYAL INN, but the ROYAL INN part was not on there sign and the photo on here and the website did not look like the property currently looks. It caused some confusion when we arrived as I ended up passing the property and had to turn around to go back.

VERY friendly and helpful staff. They were inviting and provided great hospitality and made me feel welcomed. More establishments could use employees like this!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like or was disappointed in. I chose this place to stay based on price and the ratings I saw for them and it was actually better than i expected. I have had far worse experiences for more money. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pleasantly surprised. Comfy beds, clean rooms, pleasant staff, and free hot breakfast. Will stay again when in the area.

We think we saw a bear near the parking lot. It was dark out but we saw the shadow of what appeared to be a bear. It made the grunting sound of a bear and moved like a bear. We informed the front desk. Not to complain but to warn others. Wasn't happy with her response. She didn't believe us, said "there are no bears in this area." Wouldn't even let us finish our story. We left the following morning so we were ok but I was concerned about others.

Its always a good stay, theres never a single bed bug and everyone is always so sweet. Just as a side note be careful walking the sidewalk if its rainy outside because it gets very slippery, luckily i always carry my nonslips with me but im sure theres very little the hotel can do to make the sidewalk less slippery, just be careful :D

location / in our budget

absolutely did not mention that this hotel did not have a elevator and we were not notified on the site. also the lady who checked us in charged an additional night after we left our 3 day stay that was rsvp. had to call and request investigation and a refund.

Was in a good area. Could walk to some fast food restaurants and a Walmart. The beds were comfortable! The bed room was clean. No issues.

A good bit of tree leaves we’re in the pool. wish there was a net out by the pool so people could get some out if they wanted too.

The room was very clean times three. The pool was good. The breakfast was okay but not many vegan or non pork options. Hotel ground was clean. The staff was very polite.

Noise from vehicles exhaust pipes exiting the main highways.
