The pool was open until midnight, which was a huge plus for us. It was indoor. Breakfast is a 7/10 the first two days they had biscuits and gravy and eggs, sausage bacon, etc. the last three days they really didn’t have much of an option. I mean they had waffles you could make or eggs or sausage. They had some cereals, but it was mostly either Lucky charms or Wheat. Coffee is available 24 /7. Location is amazing. We were a three minute drive from Walmart. The room was awesome as we had the one bedroom king suite. Bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the room.. the only other issue was there was rarely anyone at the front desk. But when there was, they were friendly and so helpful! overall stay I’d give a 8.5/10.

Hard to find someone at the front desk in the evening. Breakfast the first few days was awesome and then once the cooks changed, there really wasn’t much option. Mainly eggs or waffles, which I noticed a few people complain they couldn’t eat. Including myself.

Great location, surround by mountains. Close to food and a Walmart. Less than 10 minutes from the city center. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Pool was heated enough to swim (where we stayed last year, their heated pool was broken and no one told us before hand). Comfortable space for our family of 5. Free breakfast was amazing.

My only complaint is that the dining room is very small and closed in. It got really crowded every morning. The free breakfast is amazing but a lot of people either stood to eat or took it back to their rooms.

It’s the perfect place for a quick and affordable overnight stay while traveling. My husband and I have stayed here twice this month while passing through. We had a very positive experience both timea. Friendly and helpful staff. Very accomodating. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean and quiet, even when the hotel is full. Beds are comfortable. Showers have nice water pressure. My husband said the breakfast was okay, but I did not eat there.

Overall, we have no complaints and we will probably stop by again when we travel through. Only thing we would suggest is more parking and/or expanding their parking lot a bit. It seems they have just enough spaces for the hotel. The parking lot was full both times we were there and the parking spaces are packed in tight, so many people were on/over the parking lines. It’s also a bit tricky to turn around in the lot when it’s full. It was not a deal breaker though, and we always found a spot, but there were never more than one or two open parking spaces when we were there!

When I called to get information about the hotel I spoke with Tra and he was absolutely fantastic. So sweet and understanding at my silly questions. Upon checking in, the evening lady was also super friendly. My mother ended up getting food poisoning from dinner so they allowed us a late check out to give her a little more time to rest before getting back on the road for another 8+ hours. They all were great with me having to bring down soiled linens from the situation, which I bagged up myself and were wonderful with providing me everything to clean it up.

The breakfast was okay, not great but there was a lot to do for one poor lady trying to keep up with it all.

The hotel was right off I24 in a great location. The room was large. We had a King room and it was a standard room...no suite. The hotel sent texts to communicate about our stay and was very much a pleasure to stay. There were a large group of cheerleaders there , but everyone remained quiet. We also tried the breakfast. It was a full breakfast...sausage, eggs Waffles, bagley toast, coffee , etc...Great choice and the guy who was working it was very polite. This is the only.time I have ever stayed at a Country Inn and Suites. We will.stay again.

With the large crowds and booking, parking was a bit difficult...Otherwise...No problem.

Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was well-stocked and organized.

The only issue if you want to call it that was the bedroom thermostat was set to 75 and heat so it was very hot. The living area was set to 73 and air conditioning, so the two units were fighting to get the rooms to the desired temps which made the room very hot when I entered. I set the thermostats to the desired temperature and mode, then let the room air out for a bit and it was very comfortable for the remainder of my stay. I'm sure this was just an oversight and it was easily correctable.

The hotel is very easy to access, it is in good proximity to some restaurants and a Walmart if you need items. The staff was extremely friendly and make you feel right at home. The hotel is very clean, well maintained. The room was very large! The hotel also sent me a texting after we checked in telling us once we were settled in if we needed anything to let them know. There was free fresh cookies waiting inside the lobby upon arrival. They have a really good breakfast from 7-10am, a nice indoor pool area.

I have zero complaints!!

The staff was pleasant when checking in and out, especially the guy with the cowboy hat very nice and wanted us to feel welcome. However, the guy that ran the food part was a bit rude to other employees so watch out if you are down to breakfast before 6 he'll turn the lights off on guess sitting there...if it's not exactly 6 am. The room was nice and clean

The bathroom had a few holes that looked like they tried to patch at the last min, and the bath towels were very hard, not soft at all. Could use a luggage rack when walking to the room.

it was very close to all the attractions. The staff was very friendly. The guy named Trenton at the front desk when we arrived was very nice, funny and got us checked in really fast. I also did not catch the other guys name that was working at the front desk but he was also very nice and friendly. and did not get frustrated under the pressure of being busy. He kindly asked Trenton to get us some toiletries that we needed as soon as he clocked in the second day we were there and he did not complain on getting the toiletries for us all the staff was very friendly!!

The pool could be a little bit warmer The boys enjoy the pool though. but all together are stay was great!!

I went for breakfast at 8:30 , it supposed to go until 9 and almost everything was gone and was not replaced so I just had cereal. There was also numerous hairs on the bathroom floor so it wasn’t swept well or at all . On the good side , it’s a beautiful location and the rooms are very nice and much larger than many hotels. Staff was very friendly, the beds are a little too firm for my taste but that’s just me . Overall a great place to stay I was just passing through this time but I will definitely be back and stay long enough to explore Chattanooga a little.
