I like the hotel is adjacent to the Interstate easy on and off access which was a factor in our decision making along with parking lot being large enough to park a boat on our way back from Canada. Thanks
I was not able to get a copy of the receipt from the front desk clerk either upon arrival or check out which I thought was strange and usually is part of the customer service that you receive while staying at the hotel? I could use one of those receipts now but was told I had to get it thru my booking website booking.com which they said it had to be done thru the hotel? If someone could send me one to sjohnson@werner.com that would be much appreciated as we stayed on Saturday 6/24 and checked out on Sunday 6/25 under Scott E Johnson room #129 I believe. $30 refundable fee is a bit steep too and hopefully my credit card didn't get charged to make sure you abide by all of the rules implied by the hotel especially the pool area in which that was done with no problem. Thanks

The facility seems to have been recently renovated, very nice. Staff was very nice, attentive and professional. the continental breakfast is much better than most.
we specifically booked for the pool facilities in order to relax after a long motorcycle ride and it was closed. the staff phoned & left message advising the pool was temporarily closed, however we didn’t get message due to the fact we were driving a motorcycle. also was surprised no hair dryer in room, had to ask for one at desk. the wall mount hairdryer obviously was from prior to renovation. even due to these minor inconveniences we signed up for hotel reward membership.

The pool was amazing - loved by both kids and adults in the family. Gym was nice for a hotel - good selection of dumbbells, multiple pieces of cardio equipment, and weight machines. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The hotel was undergoing renovation, but this really did not affect our stay. We were in a renovated room, and it was very nice. Great value. Great for families. We also had our dog with us, and it was very pet friendly.
Nothing that I can think of. We would happily stay again.

The breakfast was fine, not the best we've had. It would be nice to have a little more seating available in the public spaces, such as the breakfast area and the pool. We had a hard time finding a place to sit when we used those areas because there weren't enough tables/chairs.

The kids loved the pool area. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed assistance with. The morning breakfast was good and available for a good amount of time.
There wasn't many chairs or tables available in the pool area. There was maybe 4 tables each with about 4 chairs. This is definitely not enough. Many families had to pile their stuff in corners or along the walls.

The ground floor was ideal for one of us not able to easily use stairs. We also liked the 2 rooms of our unit.
During breakfast a construction crew was in full hammer mode. This was for re- doing a restroom just on the other side of the dining facility. We could barely hear one another talk. It was an unfortunate time for us to witness this noise.

Love the room love the price and the stay was exceptionally well had a very nice breakfast as well.
Just that whenever we had 4 people stay we always got only 3 towels and that was pretty much about it .

The location was great for access to many things. The pool was well Mai rained and clean and the slide is an awesome plus!! The staff was incredible, courteous, and so very helpful.
We have no complaints.
