Great, friendly staff! Ready with a smile and an answer. Breakfast was great, more than I expected. Rooms were in nice shape, looked and smelled clean. Pool was great! Location was fantastic!
Needs some updating, but it wasnt bad. No elevator, so a guy with a trick, it was tough. One ice machine in the whole building.

Breakfast was good. Hot and cold were provided. Staff is always friendly. Spearfish is a wonderfully clean and relaxing town, with plenty of things to do close by. I love going there. We even went to the movies. Good eating and shopping within walking distance.

Front Desk staff were friendly, amenable and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was the comfiest I've had in the USA on this trip. Great night's sleep with super fluffy pillows. Good breakfast & perfect location to get to downtown. Altogether 10 out of 10.

The room was very large and had entrance through a hall inside of a door from the outside as well. That was very convenient to park by our room and move our luggage inside.
They apparently had a bar there with pizza & beer at night??? We weren't sure. The man at the desk never said anything about breakfast (grab & go) or anything else & was hard to understood through his mask. The toilet teeter-tottered very badly!!!!! We were afraid to even sit on it...

This Best Western was pleasantly surprising. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms look like they must have been updated in the recent past. Very clean. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but both days I was there a very attentive staff member was making sure things were clean and breakfast items were available. Location is great for getting to town and the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

Best cooling mini refrigerator-freezer compared to most of the properties we have stayed in! It was able to refreeze our cooler ice packs😊 Comfortable beds. Older and Smaller property with outside entrances. Good for pet owners. Next door to family style restaurant- a short walk across parking lot. Quiet place. Had more continental breakfast item selections than a grab and go bag.
Would prefer some kind of nightlight in the bathroom areas.
