there was noise as we approached our room but when we closed the door i couldn't hear any of it. the coffee machine in the breakfast area was nice.

they were replacing all the bed frames but the work was centered adjacent to the main entrance and the pallets were blocking the walkway. the parking lot was tight and full which didn't help. there were apparently no alternate entrances. the side doors had warnings about the alarm will sound. we were sent to the upper floor with no elevator which meant this old man had to carry luggage up the stairs.

The spa tub in the room was wonderful. Stylish room and convenient location. Loved the juice and coffee readily avaliable. Staff was friendly and gave us extra bedding and were generally helpful. The place was slow as it was a Sunday night and it was nice and quiet and perfect for what we needed.

Hot tub bubbler didn't work, bed was a bit hard.

I liked the breakfast and the room and bathroom were neat and clean, The place was quiet.

I would have liked the microwave to work. I tried to heat water for hot chocolate, but the knob would just go around and around and did not heat the water. I can't stand the taste of coffee so I do not use the hot water container provided. I would have liked small individual cartons of milk since I did not want to use the milk that would be needed by people having cereal. I thought the prices were higher than normal, but they must have been raised since the cross country teams were in town and there were some at your place.

This property, even with the road construction, was easily accessed from major roads. The property, while busy, is quiet, and the rooms very clean! Staff was friendly and responsive to any requests.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Cleanliness and very comfortable bed. The food area was supper clean and well stocked. The grounds were well kept.

Some remodeling was going on but it was not an inconvenience. But kudos to the owner for fixing up the place. Hot tube was out of order.

Location was really well placed for most of what and where we needed to be. Maybe a little tricky to find at night, but good!

I didn't understand why, when paying in paper money, not check, I was asked for $100 extra or to be charged $1 on the card. I'm a small town bumpkin and was completely confused. But, as a whole, the clerk seemed to understand that I was merely confused, not being mean, and talked me through it. Especially after I explained that I had misplaced my card somewhere at home.

Nice size room, comfortable bed. Pool and hot tub a plus. Close to off site restaurant, Gateway Food & Lounge.

Small inconvenience but should not be a problem in the near future. Currently under some renovations.

Everything was amazing. Was the 3rd place we stayed at in a week.. all in Sioux Falls.. by far the cleanest.. most cozy.. with amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Seriously.

Location was great, right off the exit/interstate which is what we wanted. Great staff, very helpful and helped with our needs. Breakfast was provided.

Property is dated. The sink and mirror area is not with shower and toilet area. This is fine if you are not traveling with someone you can’t get ready in front of. Carpet was not clean, someone prior to us had spilled something and this got on my luggage. Not the properties fault though. Staff also offered to move us but we had already unpacked. Opted to cover the spill with a towel.

The pool was amazing. Heated, and a very nice size. Pool room was also warm. Hit tub amazing. Staff very nice. Room comfortable. Breakfast great!

My only dislike, They need the lounge chairs by their pool.
