Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown

I really like this place: comfortable room very clean, I decided to make reservations for an extra night and the receptionist was nice and helpful. When I gave her notice that we were leaving very early in the morning she was nice and helpful. The room was very clean confortable and quiet nice place to sleep. We walked around the property and discovered an unexpected visitor a possum in the very back area of the hotel. I think he come from the near by forest but just avoid the rooms from the back. They can easily set a trap for the animal, however since our room was at the front close to reception. I would recommend get one of those rooms do you can avoid that little pest. Other than that all about my visit was excellent.

They could have given me more towels on the second day. I should have pushed for it since I requested them on my 2nd reservation online. I don’t doubt had I done it they would have provided them.

The breakfast was great and the location was convenient to all the sites we had planned to visit. We travel 2-3 times a year, and Georgetown was the friendliest place we have visited to date! We will definitely be back!

No complaints. Everything was just what we needed to relax and unwind, The last 2 years have been hard for everyone, but this hotel and the entire town and surrounding towns are thriving and providing great customer service to it's visitors.

The room was clean very nice for the price and the bed was comfortable

But when I open the door it had a terrible smell to the room almost like an old wet carpet the smell was awful I had to buy candles to deal with the smell, I love quality inn I just wish that the company would upgrade the furniture and change the carpet to get rid of the bad smell but other than that my stay was good

I like that it was remodeled and everything was new and that old carpet is gone the carpet had a mildew smell to it

The curtains samo old curtains it doesn't match the decor it needs to be changed but my overall experience was not bad at all but can do a little better with the breakfast choices

I didn’t eat any breakfast the location was nice the lady the works up front she was excellent very friendly and kept a smile. My room was was very clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked everything I don’t have any complaints

The room was very nice and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The lady at the desk that I got the keys from was very sweet and very polite and respectful. I love this hotel and will definitely be coming back again.

great location & friendly, helpful staff

Remodeling not complete-had to change rooms because hanging clothes rack had not been hung. In next room shower rod fell, shower head could not be adjusted, & tub had visible worn, scratches & marks in it.

Nice and clean room, I didn't try bfast. Quiet, was able to sleep well

Not sure why but pool was closed the entire visit, that wasn't mentioned in booking.

Loved the daily breakfast selections. A hot full breakfast daily was a big difference from the most frequent grab and go options.
