The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly.

Everything from the breakfast bar, the super friendly and accommodating staff, and the cleanliness of every area of this hotel would make me choose this and recommend this to anyone else. I lost my house and needed some place urgently, and they welcomed me and helped me in anyway they possibly could. I am forever. Thankful for their kindness and support during a very difficult time

I have not one complaint, and I am pretty critical growing up in hotel management

First room had a smell. But I am VERY sensitive to smells/allergies. Next room was great. Beds were not as comfortable as I would like. But comfortable enough that I didnt hurt in the morning. Breakfast was better than I expected. Room had a nice living room/frig,coffee pot, sink, microwave area. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would def stay here again.

I usually prefer hotels without carpet when traveling(less issues with allergies/ smells) and beds just a little softer. But I didnt wake up with a back ache. So wasnt bad. Bathroom could use a little work. I thought there was a clothes line to dri clothes in the bathroom(the hardware was there for it but line wasnt) tile missing behind door and door made bathroom kinda awkward. But it was clean and that is most important.

I like that the staff was definitely friendly they definitely help with any problem that you hurt and also that they made you feel comfortable coming to the place.

The only thing I dislike was that most of all the rooms were clean but it felt a little rust so I would say give the staff a little bit more time to clean your room properly.

The roll in shower was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and Donna B who took care of the breakfast did an AWESOME job of keeping it stocked, in spite of some guests who let their children roam free and clean out the breakfast bar . Check in was simple, the young man who checked us in was efficient, and knowledgeable.

.Young children being able to raid the breakfast bar and take a BUNCH of food to their room. The pool was COLD. No hot tub, even though one is pictured in the booking.com ad. The location was not great for getting to local restaurants, bars and attractions.

The breakfast was very good, nice selection, plenty for everyone, not a ling wait time for refills. The staff was extremely friendly with the exception of the older gentleman working the front desk, he seemed like he didn't want to be there, like it was a bother to ask him for something, but the ladies were very nice and the manager with the black hair was the absolute best!!

The lack of bath towels. There was ALWAYS a wait on towels and wash cloths. The room was very dusty, the halls were in need of vaccuming. Room corners were nasty. Glad I brought my own toilet paper because with 5 people (2 of which were children) 1 2/3 rolls were not enough.

The room had a jacuzzi in it. The beds were nice clean and comfortable. The pool was very clean and indoors. The breakfast was spot on. The location is amazing it'd right in the middle of everything else. I was skeptical about staying here because of the reviews but go for it. This was an amazing time. We even had a door for privacy. The kids adored the room we will be back. For the price we pay it was well worth the money. Great job with keeping up with everything. We will be booking here everytime we come to this area.the amusement park is 30 minutes away which also was amazing. The breakfast was hot and ready and everyone was exceptionally happy. Don't hesitate to book you guys don't let a few bad apples in your reviews spoiled a great night out.great job to all the employees that work here. Keep up the good work.

The entirety of our stay was extremely enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was very good and child friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness facilities.

The huge bug in the pool area. It looked like either a huge black water bug or a southern roach. We also saw a dead one at a Dairy Queen down there.

The breakfast was very good. I loved that the pool was open late also the location was good.

The room was not cleaned loke it should have been we found an empty liquor bottle under the couch also found roaches near the fridge and sink area. Need better house keepers or a manager should inspect the rooms before the rent them out

Excellent receptionist, great breakfast, great location, so glad that dogs were allowed for $50, very quiet, wonderful layout of our room.

The day of our checkout on Fri May 29th we got a knock from the maids at 10am. My husband politely took her we would be out by 12pm, which is the checkout time. While my husband packed our car the maids made him feel extremely rushed. We were there Mon to Fri with a 12 year old child and a dog so of course we had to make several trips to our car. We had everything out by 12pm, the checkout time. We also found an empty Jack Daniel's bottle behind the couch other than that the rooms did seem clean. This was the only thing we felt needed attention enough to write this review.
