Everything except our AC was not working well and caused for a pretty rough night.

The AC was not working well and caused for a rough night. I'm not sure what event was happening bthe place was PACKED and when we went to check out someone had placed their freaking twisted tea case and all their empty cans in the bed of our truck! We had to clean out the bed of our truck from someone else's drunken activities before we could leave with our children! 😡

I liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The night and day clerk were very friendly and efficient.

The loveseat in the room had a funny smell coming from the upholstery . Also the soap dispensers had some nasty residue around it.

the pool and gym are great. gym is always open and the pool is open most of the day.

it would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the mornings. paying for Starbucks coffee meant it was more than I’d like to pay for coffee.

the courtyard was beautiful with plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. the lobby was beautiful with a game area and a tv.

the coffee shop had very limited hours. The pool water looked very murky. the hotel was under renovation so the second floor looked dirty.

Great location when visiting Dublin; can walk to downtown area easily. We liked the balcony that looked over a nice inner courtyard.

Would be nice to have breakfast or at least some fruits/yogurt etc.

Very comfortable beds and room. Easy access to highway. Very friendly staff.

Room was on the side of the highway so lots of highway noise. No breakfast buffet.

It was nice to have a sliding door with patio attached to the room so you have the availability to have fresh air. Most hotels you cannot even open a window.

The layout of where the elevators are were ridiculous. Had to walk all the way down to the other end just to take an elevator and walk all the way back for the room. It would be difficult for handicap guests. Would have been nice if the bar remained open past 11 pm.

It was quiet.

The hotel was ‘sprawling’. If I wanted to go to the lobby or front desk, it took a few minutes. I can’t remember ever being in a hotel as spread out as this one. It wasn’t a big deal for me but it might be for some guests.

The pool and courtyard was very well kept. It had a nice friendly atmosphere. The kids had an awesome time and I will most definitely be going back.

The Bistro Latte was not very good. The advertised breakfast was also not very planned out and seemed rushed. They were out of most the menu and the poor lady seemed overwhelmed. The breakfast was very small and bland for the price they asked. They seemed understaffed.

What I liked most about the property was the comfort of the courtyard. It has such a homey atmosphere.

Personally I didn’t care for the cloudy pool. I couldn’t see under water while swimming. And unfortunately my daughter got water in her mouth; said it was salty.
