If the Jacuzzi worked when we went swimming

I was booking a room for as cheap as I could because my daughter had a competition with her cheer squad the next day. Her cheer squad rode up together. I got a single bedroom and had no idea it came with a full kitchen and the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfy. I loved that it had a recliner in the room and I was able to get a smoking room which does not hardly ever happen. It was a great price and the smoking room benefited my husband amd I so much. I am definitely staying here at my next trip to Columbus

I wish there was at least two recliners or maybe a little sofa because my husband hogged the recliner. Other than that it was great!

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both clean and comfortable. There’s an outdoor gazebo for relaxing or eating outside.

Thin ceilings and walls - lots of early morning noise

I was not very impressed with my first stay there. But I wanted to give it another chance because the location was perfect. But this stay I would say was 80%better. The young woman at the front desk worked with my schedule with a family emergency. I loved the room I was in but it was not equipped as well as the first one I stayed in. The person care products were empty and it fell off the wall on my shin. Got a pretty nasty mark but it is ok. And the floors where not very clean in fact I walked bare feet and my feet were black. I did not have the product to clean up my kitchen area. My daughter had booked another room as well and she did not have towels. Besides the minor thinks it was a very enjoyable stay and I will book with them in the future.

I was there at the weekend we did have housekeeper when asked for housekeeper they said in weekend we don't have Sach as service so all those 3 night we clean the the room and bathroom ourselves I didn't like it

Staying at Candlewood for almost 2 weeks, the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels; in addition to their perks( Free wash/dry, pool/hot tub, exercise room, business room). To top it off, they’re conveniently located right by all major restaurants and Polaris Mall! I will most definitely be cooking again!

Our room was great and the staff was amazing! This was a safe neighborhood with many restaurant options for our stay "in the big city" for several medical appointments.

We had received a message that the hotel was overbooked, but the issue was resolved before we arrived & ended up not affecting our stay.

The desk staff was friendly at check in. It was clean and smelled fresh and we were able to cook our own food if we wanted to. We love how it is close to all of the stores that you can think of.

Staff was polite & worked well with me during check in & any questions me or my fiance had during our stay

The only problem I had was that the silverware in our room was all dirty but I did wash them before & after we used them so it wasn't too big of an issue for me

The concierge at the front was very nice she greeted me when I came in and made me feel right at home, her name was ‘Luce’

everything was fine I was able to walk to dinner, And I got a recommendation from the manager of a close place close by and it was great
