I like that the property is reasonably priced and has an airport shuttle. The staff are very accommodating. They provide free breakfast, sometimes. I don’t exactly know how you get the free breakfast and how you don’t because I’ve stayed there several times and the first two times got free breakfast every day and the last time I got free breakfast one of two days. however, it is a decent place that is clean and comfortable

The free breakfast this time was not as good as in past visits. The breakfast burrito was about 85% filled with potato rather than eggs and potato. Nevertheless, it was tasty. The other thing is that although the cleaning staff are good, cleaners and thorough, they are quite noisy in the hall in the mornings when people are still trying to sleep. I would still happily stay there again.

This place was great for never being to ABQ before,we came and saw the Gathering Of Nations,did a bunch of local shopping.,the hotel it self is one of the Best Western I've stayed,I'll be traveling soon more and hope to find one like this,the room was clean staff were very nice,the attached restaurant. The wild avocado was very good.food had a lot of choices and very flavorful the bartender. Joey in the tap and cork lounge was awesome. The first night we were there they started a karaoke night. The picture of the food was Jenny's tamales. My family makes tamales. We make them once a year. I always taste the rice and beans before anything else. If that's good then the rest should be good and it was

I didn't realize until later in the week that we were being charged the $30 A night for a pet fee. I did notice dog bowls in our room and a pet bed. This trip I did not bring my dog but the staff was very kind and helpful of taking that charge off my bill

Loved everything about it! The friendly staff went above and beyond! Ivan, the shuttle driver, took us to Old Town, Biopark, Indian Cultural Center, and picked us up from the airport, and took us back at the end of our trip! He was so friendly and helpful answering all of our questions! Adrianna at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful! Location was great and very close to many attractions! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast and specialty coffee machine were all great! No complaints at all!!

Location is great, a short walk to Sawmill Market and Old Town. We appreciated the decor, which made it feel like more of a boutique hotel. There was a very good coffee machine in the lobby, great breakfast choices, and a free shuttle that could be booked to take you around town or to/from the airport.

The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but we visited during the Balloon Fiesta, which is a very busy time, so it was in line with other accommodation in the area.

The food was good. Nice sit-down attached restaurant. This BW's location is excellent. We came on business, and so one wife was left for a day at the hotel. She was able to walk over to the Old Town, and uper'ed around the city and met up with us for lunch. The price of each room included breakfast and was a great buy for that section of the city. The next closest hotel was about $100 more.

Hotel is close to the Interstate but it is very quiet, no road noise at all. Front desk personnel were super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out was easy.

If you are staying here be prepared to make an immediate right hand turn as you come off the Interstate. If you miss your turn (depending on the time of day) it can be a bit difficult getting back to hotel entrance.

Service was prompt and attentive throughout the hotel. Definitely a good value: room, free parking, free made-to-order breakfast, a pretty good coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, and a Keurig in your room. Breakfast is definitely better than the standard waffle/yogurt that so many hotels provide as a free breakfast. Bar is actually somewhat lively; though, that probably is a chance of the day.

Pretty much on the freeway, and so even if your room doesn't front directly to the freeway, you might still get some freeway noise.

Nice place, super friendly and efficient staff. The location is great for people driving through toward the coast, especially with pets. Pet fee is $30/nt but they provide a raised bed, a couple of feeding bowls, and treats so the dog does seem very welcome, unlike at some more upscale places. Small dog run in back of facility is a nice touch.

The noise from I-40 doesn't stop at night and we found it hard to ignore. I don't think you can do anything about it except wear earplugs. Room was not very spacious and no microwave but it had everything we needed for a one-night stay.

My room was comfy and nicely decorated, staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a very good breakfast menu.

I wasn’t able to get anything to eat when I arrived. Had a bit of trouble finding the hoteI was told I could get room service until 10pm. When I call Ed from my room after 9:30 it was too late because room service end at 9:30pm. I had some snacks that I had with me. I was ok. Then had a nice breakfast in the morning.

Only a few blocks to walk to Old town. Right off the freeway and loved that there was a restaurant and lounge with good food and great staff. The room was comfortable and updated 50” TV as we wanted to catch up on a game at night. Overall, although this was not the newest or most modern, it surpassed our expectations by staff and amenities.

Close to freeway and not great neighborhood however the parking was free and surrounded by fence for security.
