Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful.

Our refrigerator went out and wreaked a lot of the food we bought for week. (Approx. $100.00 worth) Told staff and they changed out to put working one in our room within 1 hr. of being told. Unfortunately, we didn't say anything for two days. No ice machine in Hotel, and we are ice users.

The staff is incredibly down to earth and accommodating. The weekly social is just what a business traveler needs to break up the monotony. The food offerings are great. Access to laundry for an extended business stay is a huge bonus. Common spaces are excellent. Family and pet friendly.

There are no cons.

Easy access from the parking lot. Front desk staff very helpful, getting us a room close to the elevator, as I’m using a walker right now. The free breakfast is better than basic. Small kitchen in the room is very helpful.

The bed was sooo high. I’m 5’5” and the top of the mattress came up to my waist. It’s a new-fashioned thing, I guess, but a really uncomfortable feature. I wouldn’t want a child sleeping up there and falling off in the night.

The staff and hotel was very nice

Missing pots and pans, my granddaughter is 9 months old so I was surprise when we let her down to crawl on the rugs how dirty she was when we picked her up. We used the coffee pot and the coffee came out of the bottom of it, made a real mess.

Room was clean, facilities were clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and convenient.

Refrigerator kept freezing all of our food and drinks even though we turned the temperature down, and too many people (not sure if they were staff or guests) smoking weed and cigarettes right in front of the front door, my kids were gagging eveytime we had to walk past them.

The rooms were nice, pool was fun and the breakfast was great. The staff were great.

The breakfast does not start until 7:30am on the weekend. We didn’t even get to utilize breakfast for it was to late for us.

The rooms were exceptionally clean as advertised. As we went during Christmas time, we had to invite friends over to a get together and the hotel staff was gracious to allow us to use the dining area . The staff were very friendly and helped us to feel at home. Our trip was very pleasant.

We did not find anything that we did not like. For four days we felt at home.Choice of breakfast for vegetarians could be better. Nothing to complain.

Easy access highway access to Reno downtown and Lake Tahoe. Close to restaurants ,convenient stores, gas etc… ( 3 min.) Great continental breakfast. Swimming pool for children.

Loved the stocked kitchens with pans, utensils, spatulas etc. Loved the beds and loved that it was pet friendly.

Our shower was gross. There was mold all along the caulking and the shower pan had a large crack in it. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky and not mopped the 3 days we were there. We were upset to see that the spa was inoperable and in poor shape. We were looking for a hotel with a spa since we played in tournaments all weekend and needed to relax the muscles, so this was a big disappointment.

The staff was very nice! We stay at a few hotels every year and it's rare when we actually have someone check us in and look like they enjoy their job, All the employees looked happy to be there even when we were checking out the cleaning staff was very nice and wished us a good day!
