Clean, excellent staff. The elevator was not working. At check-in the clerk asked me if, given that, I preferred the first floor rather than the third. I did. They serve a hot breakfast and I noticed that the cleaning staff were eating. I mentioned to the clerk that I appreciated that they took care of their staff. She responded that with the elevator issue, their GM was trying to let staff know how much their hard work was appreciated. All in all, a Midwest nice experience.

I had to ask (twice) to have the pool and spa opened in he morning. But the staff apologized.

The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was great- lots of choices including biscuits and gravy, pancakes made on demand with pancake machine, omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, plus all the usual offerings like cereal, muffins and pastries, bagels and toast, yogurt, juice, coffee and bottled water. The pool area was clean and comfortable and the large hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower dispensers were very handy and smelled great! The location was great- right off the highway and close to a Target, restaurants, and a nice coffee shop (Luna Bean Coffee, highly recommend) and gas station. We would definitely stay here again!

My only two complaints are- the beds were a bit too firm for my liking and the tub floor was very slippery. I put a hand towel on the tub floor to give me some traction and help me keep from slipping.

Cleanliness and the courteous staff. Willing to make our stay a good one. Breakfast was awesome!

The air conditioner in the first room made a noise that would not be good for sleeping. We had to change rooms after waiting for a maintanence man that wouldn’t be there for a while. (He was at a wedding)

My room door didn't shut properly so first day return at night it had been unlocked since the maid had been in...when informed desk next morning she suggested leave do not disturb sign on then they wouldn't enter so I did but it usually took 3 tries to get door to latchgreat except door

Clean, Bed was comfy, pillows comfy, smelled nice when we walked in, air conditioner worked well, liked the built-in furniture & Flat screen tv hung on the wall, plenty of outlets for charging phones, lighting around vanity mirror was awesome.

The TV was stuck on one channel & the sound was only in spurts, the cleansing gel in the shower was empty, we were only given two bath towels for 3 of us. Could have used a night stand on the outside of the bed as well, so that one could charge a phone there. In defense of the Hotel, we didn't call out to have any of these things remedied.

It's the extras that stand out e.g. the happy hour in the evening, little details. Amazing breakfast, plenty of tea and coffee. We rate this #5 of 21 hotels/motels we stayed at on our road trip.

Still quite expensive given Scottsbluff is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Was a little bit noisy, but it is hard to fault the hotel.

Excellent!! Quiet and clean and absolutely wonderful. Even when we had to turn back from the snow, they provided excellent service to help us make some plans and stay we were thankful since they closed the freeways into Wyoming! A+++ it was so clean I felt comfortable and actually slept! Which is hard for a "don't like to use public facilities" type!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Room was a tiny bit cramped because there were three of us (rather large folks), but it was sufficient for our needs. Nothing fancy, but a decent and serviceable hotel.

The junior suite was perfect size for a family of 4. We had plenty of room and liked the sitting area/ fold out couch. Kids has their own TV to watch.

The price was abit higher than we wanted to spend. But on short notice it was worth it.

since the town seems to be almost completely closed by 9-10 pm, the hotel could have a better selection of snacks, sandwiches, drinks etc in their little ‘store’. of course, there is always MacDonalds
