When I searched for a hotel in this area, I was reading reviews to determine adherance to COVID protocols. The reviews on this property were very good and I was not disappointed on arrival. The staff was masked and the public areas were quite empty. Breakfast was served, but to carry back to rooms, not eat in a public space. Also there a LOT of outlet stores adjacent, but I didn't have time to partake!!

The property was very clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc!  I flew into Kansas City, and I didn’t even need a rental car except to and from the airport!
The only negative thing I can say, is that this property really needs a shuttle to and from Kansas City Airport or at least a shuttle that would take you 15 or 20 minutes away if you needed to leave the area.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations; I'll most certainly stay at the hotel upon my next visit. This hotel was convenient to various restaurants and entertainment at the Legends
The only drawback was the early morning, construction noise from the parking garage, next door; it woke me up a couple times. The sheets on the bed consistently came undone and your pillows were horrible.

The only complaint I have is the mattress on the pull out is dirty, stained and only a flat sheet is provided to make the bed. I would have felt more comfortable with a mattress cover would have been available to cover it as a barrier. This is the 2nd time we've atayed and is my complaint on both occasions.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom king corner unit. It was the best bed ever with nice linens. Filly stocked kitchen. Toiletries were top shelf.
There was no information in my room about the breakfast that was included. I called room service for a menu and discovered that I'd missed it by 10 minutes and it was served buffet style.

I didn't like the fact that a large delivery truck that belonged to a customer took up a large number of parking spots forcing me and other guests to park in a parking lot away from the hotel. We were told that the hotel was not allowed to ask that person with the delivery truck to move to another area.

We had bagged breakfast but it was nice that we got to pick options.
We (family if 6) had to book our time at the pool so it stayed under 15 people in the pool area. No one was monitoring the pool. Kids kept opening the side door and there was at least 20 unsupervised kids in the pool While their parents were outside in the court yard. We cut our time at the pool short and when we were ready to leave there were no towels, we had to call for some.

Breakfast was ok. We've had better. Loved the two bathrooms. Loved the ground floor. Loved being close to parking garage as we needed a wheelchair. Plan on coming back for Easter

The pillows were too dense so not comfortable. There were 4 square ones but all the same. If they were different densities that would have worked.
