As soon as you walk in, you notice the hotel smells wonderful. Young man with the glasses at the front desk was professional and pleasant. Our room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We got the king room with the spa tub and it was totally worth it. The pool was clean and actually heated! It was a great temperature, our morning swim was fantastic. Breakfast was awesome, actual hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, a pancake machine and eggs.

The key cards have trouble working in the door scanners which is annoying but fine.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is very tasty and multitude of options to choose from. Always fun to watch the automatic pancake machine. The indoor pool is heated. The fitness center has a variety of machines and free weights as well. There are full size Watkins products to use in the bathroom and mounted in the shower. Parking lot is kept clean and well lit. There are privacy blinds on the windows in addition to the blinds.

It is a struggle to find something I didn't like about the place. I recommend making apple juice an option at breakfast. I heard this comment several times from others in the lobby at breakfast.

The hotel was a very good value. Super clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The manager was very pleasant and extremely helpful. (Of course, that is not surprising since everyone in Kansas is nice and friendly!) The complementary breakfast was much better than you normally get, with cheesy egg casserole, pancakes, cinnamon rolls (tasted homemade) and very good coffee.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was just the right temp to keep things cold without freezing things. Check in was easy and friendly.

The heater in our room wasn't working correctly, but it was repaired immediately. The pillows were too soft. They did not support your head or neck even when you stacked 2 together.

I liked there was a kuerig available in the room. I loved the vanity lighted mirror. I loved the Watkins bathroom products. Having full size mounted in shower made it feel more home like. I also appreciated having a makeup remover cloth in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy and I really liked how the pillows were labels soft and firm. The chair seating was extremely comfortable to sit in as well. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The biscuits and gravy were really good. The sausage links you had to dig to bottom of pan to find the hot ones. The pancake maker was fun to watch and made perfect pancakes. The muffins were good as well. They also offered up cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, etc. The location of hotel is in great location. Easy to get to and minutes away from Azure Amphitheater for concerts plus many options for food, shopping, and gas stations. We had to open curtains to let in enough light due to limited light sources. I liked that a privacy type curtain that still allowed light in was available.

There was a stain on the white duvet cover. We chose to just put it on floor and sleep with just sheets. Beds were clean otherwise. There was a spot on wall in bathroom that looked like the tile or plaster (something) was missing. The bathroom floor looked dirty. Needed a good mopping. At breakfast the egg "omelet" thing was weird tasting and there were no rolls as advertised. I was disappointed there was no Bible, phone book, or advertisement list of local restaurants that delivered. I also didn't like how there was no information given on the pool/fitness center hours in our room. The pool was relatively small. The rooms were poorly lit. We had to open curtains to let in enough light to see.

The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. It was a very safe neighborhood with several places to choose from to eat without traveling.

It seems a bit run down as the door did not pull shut tightly against the frame. The room smelled moldy or something when we walked in. But it couldn't have been mold as my Mom is highly allergic, but there was definitely a smell when you walk in the room. The Elevator was very creaky and noisy sounding. The price was ridiculous but all we could find at that date we were traveling and when I was walking in with our luggage I heard them give a much lower price than was quoted to me either on booking.com or their regular website. Not cool at all.

Friendly staff. The included breakfast was pretty good. Hotel is close to the amphitheater so that was awesome.

I'm not that picky but had a lamp in our room next to the bed that had a usb plug which didn't work. Very minor as all the others were fine.

Staying for Kansas Speedway way, it's an excellent location. 1 exit away and opposite direction from traffic when it's over. Abundant choices for breakfast. Heated and clean pool area. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Plenty of parking all around facility.

Right off the Freeway. (Not a real negative)

For the price was not expecting such a great place! The breakfast and coffee were great! Loved the fact that they had actual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and body lotion.

Liked the delicious complimentary breakfast. And the location. Bed was comfortable and no sign of bed bugs.

Would have liked fresh fruit besides apples for breakfast.
