great location. easily accessed.

every person that was above or behind my room was extremely loud all day and night when there were people in the rooms. running, jumping and yelling children above my room until 3 am two nights. noisiest hotel I have EVER stayed in and I’m a traveler. I travel with a dog always. first floor in a noisy room for a week with a dog. for one night it would be ok… causes anxious pup every other hotel offers top or bottom floor if you have a dog. (not be told only first floor with dogs because it is the most convenient for the dog. no it is not!! not always) She is a very seasoned traveler so it was not because of her. it was the room. or I’d have extended my stay a week or two. instead I moved elsewhere.

Credit card drama…… Your already aware of what is going on from The last year so to regain back I should be allowed to run my American AA card to pay so that I can get Finistera apt book for one month or to get back my wife and baby and everything on track bcz the things happened from the room no. 1015 West Grove Parkway Tempe Arizona so it should / must be resolved from here. I want my wife and baby back plus job back as I love my wife very much. She brings me here so I can’t betray her and my parents and a lot more so let’s moving forward. I am trying my level best to regain back. Please let us allow to resolve our issues at our own and don’t intervene next time.

The breakfast was really. good my kids enjoyed every moment we had bad serves with orange juice at another hotel, but their orange juice was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. We didn't have to ask for anything they gave us towels when needed and it was not very loud, I love it. We will be staying again.

it was nothing to change but I would have like a kitchen area to cook other food for the day, but this hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. front desk was amazing when I needed assists with my TV, they came right away with no problem. I love this hotel.

The receptionist was so nice. Our room on the first floor had a smell to it (it’s a pet friendly hotel and the 1st floor is the floor for people with pets) and when I asked to change rooms she was very apologetic and moved us to a new room without hesitation. The new room on the second floor was great. A nice fold out bed for our grandson and a comfy king bed for my wife and I. The breakfast that’s included was very good with plenty of options. And the location was perfect as we were taking our grandson to the nearby water park.

My only complaint would be the obvious dog smell in our first room.

Very nice customer service at the front desk and all areas, breakfast and housekeeping. The lobby and rooms were nice and clean. The location was perfect. Close enough to the tourist and shopping area.. but not right in the middle. Breakfast was good. A little different each morning.

I can't say there was anything we doughnut like. Our experience was good.

The breakfast was fairly good. There was a decent variety. Plus, the checkout was at noon. We stayed two nights and they gave us clean towels both days. Most hotels make you ask. The room was very clean.

The rooms were a little outdated. One of the bulbs was out, and they needed more trash cans in the room. Also the room key didn't always work on the first try.

The staff was friendly. The little store was stocked with water, etc. The room was cool and the bed was soft! Comfy stay.

I needed to use the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. The quality was awful and my skin and hair was in terrible shape until I was able to get home and use my own products!

The breakfast was ok. Location was ok.

Cleanliness, the first room we had was not clean. I complained, The manager showed me four other rooms, so I chose the cleanest room they had. After that, it was good. We stayed four nights. Next time, I will stay again if it is clean. I like cleanliness the most so if it is not clean, I will complain again.
