SpringHill Suites Rochester Mayo Clinic Area / Saint Marys

I could not have had a better experience with the suite, customer service, breakfast all the amenities that were provided. My stay was for 9 days and the staff work with my requests. Exceptional Staff, Customer Service, Clean Romms, Very Accommodating and So Much More!!!!! Thank you!!!

Nothing could be better. Everything from location to great customer service to cleanliness to the free breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this Hotel every time. I would also rate this as a 10 STAR.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Updated and clean. The sofa and trundle beds in the room were a nice feature. Great downtown location with fun city views. Also very wakable.

The pool is tiny!! Pictures make it seem much larger than reality. Hot tub was warm at best! The additional beds did not have bedding unless requested.

The facility was clean, and the room was spacious! Will stay again.

We requested an early arrival, so they gave us the handicapped room! When we got to the room and noticed we went to the front desk and after lots of discussion they agreed to give us the room we originally had booked. Very frustrating 😕

We have always stayed at this Springhill Suites location when we have appointments at Mayo Clinic. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. In normal times, we always enjoy the breakfast room. During these Covid times we were impressed with the extra care taken to make sure the rooms are exceptionally clean. We have always found the room rate reasonable and have learned from experiences with other family members that Springhill Suites are priced the same as other places and definitely more reasonable priced than some other locations.

There wasn't anything we did not like. We did miss the hot breakfasts, but that is certainly not the fault of Springhill in these times of Covid. Parking isn't always easy, but we do always find a spot in the lot.

It was a good location right in the middle of everything. Rooms were nice and spacious.

The cleaning wasn’t great. Found trash when we pulled out the bed under the couch and the bath didn’t drain properly.

Hot tub worked. Breakfast was good as for options. Rooms were decent.

Most of all the towels were stained or super small. I asked for more and they gave me bath mats. My pull out bed mattress had stuff on it.

There was a snow storm and we were there for the weekend so bought bread and meat but your refrigerator don't stay on all the time so we lost 30$ worth of meat

free parking is a challenge space wise no fresh fruit breakfast when attempting to get reservation by phone I was told to call back, she was attending to a current guest

We appreciated the proximity to St. Mary's for my husbands appointment and parking next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and upgraded with two televisions.

I thought I had ordered a room with one queen bed but got a room with two regular sized beds. It was not easy to get the room to cool down for sleeping. I set it at 68 degrees and ended up putting the air conditioner on to get the heat to stop. We appreciated the "Grab and Go" breakfast during this Covid time.

The staff was amazing. We we’re staying because of the location next to St. Mary’s Hospital and the staff was so kind and helpful during a difficult time.
