The breakfast was just what I wanted for selection since I had not traveled for some time and the lady in charge kept everything clean and neat and replenished what needed. I had not had a bagel for some time so really savored and like I said the selection was perfect. My room was spotless. If I had one thing that I did not like to see were the dogs that were allowed and yes I like dogs but not in the hotel and one man had two HUGE dogs smelling of my clothes as they walked by and I really don't like that. just my comment. Thanks

first off when checking in they gave you a free gift bag with water and snacks. little things like that make me happy. there was coffee, water, even baked coookies you could just get for free. breakfast was excellent. love the roasted potatoes. staff was super friendly. such a clean hotel had trash bins everywhere. bathroom lighting was amazing for doing makeup. shower was very clean. beds were really comfortable.
no complaints!!!! what more could you ask for?

Everything was as expected. The room was a good size, it was clean, and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean. The water pressure was good. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, etc; ready on time and continuously restocked. The public dining area was large and clean.
Check in guy was lukewarm - not dismissive but not truly welcoming. Could have been a little better. All the rest of the staff with whom I interacted were just fine

I live in Mpls, but went to a party at the golf course and didn't want to drink and drive. the breakfast sounded great, but I slept through it. I wanted some breakfast though :) I love the remodeled upbeat colors of decor. Usually hotels are plain neutral colors and I like all the pops of color in the rooms.
My partner said the bed was uncomfortable because it seemed extra firm.

It was very close to our destination to family to celebrate the weekend. Vert nice property— very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and high-end sheets. My husband really liked the pressure of the shower.

Pool deck was very slippery. Kids fell down often when they were just walking. Rooms are not very sound proof. Heard a lot of doors opening and closing and people talking in hallway at night when trying to sleep. Bed was too hard to sleep on. Woke up with a backache.

There was dried blood on the bathroom door frame, the faucet on the sink was mounted in the corner of the sink, so washing your hands was kinda nasty, always hitting the sides of the sink, very poor design. Not hot breakfast, which sucked. There are ways to have decent food & still stay safe. Coffee cups were tiny.

Very nice, clean. Seemed pretty new. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jena who was amazing.
I had hoped for normal breakfast, but understand why it wasn’t, due to Covid. Our floor got pretty loud at night, but that was due to hockey families basically having a party in the hall. It was shut down once we asked the front desk to ask them to take it into their rooms.

Liked the hooks upon entering the hotel room for coat, etc. Liked the bathroom hooks, the small/long shelf behind the sink, liked the floating shelves to left of sink, liked the vanity with 2 open shelves on each side. Room looked clean, fresh.
The blue print fabric valance in the hotel room is not good, looks cheap.

Price I paid was excellent but the limited occupancy due to Covid-19 most likely played a role. Didn't clean the room daily for the same reason I'm sure, I am okay with that. These are trying times and everybody's safety should be top priority. I did wipe everything down upon my arrival but I would do that anywhere.
There are always people that don't take Covid-19 seriously and not respect your space or wear a mask, although I am not a germaphobe I still respect everyone's space. Limited breakfast only blueberrie muffins, how about some chocolate or banana nut?
