The casino and the rooms are all very appealing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The casino has so many options, it's awesome!
I didn't like that I had reserved a single king smoking room (far in advance of my arrival date), was offered an upgrade to a junior smoking suite a couple days prior to check in and I accepted. Then upon arrival, I was told they didn't have either room type available. They did get me into a smoking room, however it was a double queen smoking room, which was not what I was looking forward to. And they didn't offer any type of discount or anything to make up for not having the room I had originally reserved, and was looking forward to.

Good food and service at Minihaha. Concert crowd and ticket check in well managed. There were many seniors with walkers at the concert and help with storing and retrieving their walkers was exceptional. So was the bathroom management after the concert. There was a very efficient flow that got everyone in and out quickly. The bell staff and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean rooms.
We asked for adjoining rooms near the elevator weeks in advance as one person in our party uses a walker, and others were seniors that had difficulty walking. The room was at the end of the hallway and made it difficult and tiring for them. Points for staying don't get activated on our Club M cards until 3 days, long after we left. You would think some Comp would come immediately at check-in. Spa was not open, nor was there a buffet due to Covid. There should be a senior citizen discount on rooms as many are on fixed incomes. Ice machine was not working on our floor, and they suggested going to another floor for ice to seniors who have limited mobility.

Room was sufficient in size and very cozy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Casino was very fun and relaxing. Drinks in the casino were surprisingly well made and affordable. Casino staff for the most part was awesome. Restaurant food was excellent.
No airport shuttle. The shuttles they did provide weren't well advertised. The shower drained slower than expected and the shower head wasn't removable. Facilities seem short staffed, but not unexpected given our current climate.

It was a great set up. We up graded to a larger room which gave us a great place with a large bathroom. My mom is 91 and has a hard time walking, and they gave us a room close to the elevator but it had a large waiting area in between that we weren’t right on top of the elevators.
We used the restaurant there for lunch. the food was very good, but it took forever to get our food. Even at the end we decided to get a cheese cake and it still was over 15 minutes before it was brought out to us.

The slot machines were set way to tight. have been to numerous casinos. and this one has to be the tightest. played numerous machines and if I collected $5.00 total on spend $50.00 I would have been lucky.

We liked everything. Clean and very comfortable surroundings.
We didn't have hot water our whole stay. When we told the desk when we checked out, they said they had worked on the boilers and a lot of people didn't have hot water. It was annoying on our third day to not take a shower. Would've liked it if the hotel would've taken something off our bill or offered a free night to compensate for that.

Payouts sucked. Spent a lot of money there between my wife and I. We barley walked out with money. But that's what casinos do. Just wish the payouts would have been better that's the only negative thing I have to say about it.

They gave me a free upgrade to a suite and the room was absolutely phenomenal. The staff that helped me at check in was super kind and mad the process very easy.
There isn't very good signage throughout the casino, so I constantly felt lost. Some signage would be nice to know which way food or the hotel/rooms are.

Beautiful building and room! Staff were all amazing, I will definitely attend another concert and stay at Mystic Lake again. I’m personally not much of a gambler other than a little bit of slots so I don’t have an opinion on that part. Food choices were great, they have a cafe open until 3am too :)

clean room comfortable bed. The hotel in general was very clean and the casino was too.
We brought a cooler for our room and they told us if there was alcohol in the cooler we could not bring it in so we had to bring it back to the car. Parking was a pain but we got a ride to our car when we left. The check in tome was about 45 min the line was really long.
