The room looked like it came out of Architectural Digest. Very warm, minimal, quiet and comforting. It more than exceeded my expectations especially at such a reasonable price. I've paid the same price at other places and had to suffer through less comfort and utilitarian surroundings.

I was thrown off about leaving a $50 deposit that was to cover any added expenses. I got the impression it was to pay for breakfast. I have dietary restrictions so I wasn't planning on eating in the hotel restaurant. I know it will be refunded but I'm not a fan of practices like this.

Pool/Hot tub. I was excited to use the pool & hot tub, but as soon as I walked in I was hit with a very strong smell of chlorine in the air. Stayed for about 30 min until it started irritating my eyes & walked out with a headache for the rest of the day.

I loved it very clean. The staff and the guest they were at the hotel for very welcoming. Very helpful I just wish I had more time to get to the pool.  whenever I called downstairs, they picked up within seconds. 

The shower door kept opening when I was taking a shower. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. 

Great location, Starbucks out front, their restaurant served awesome food! Very comfortable & my room was quiet even though there were lots of guests The front desk person was really helpful & nice!

Tables by bed were dirty, that was only complaint

Loved that it had a hot tub.

The sliding door for the room bathroom was awful and actually fell off the track. It was very heavy to slide and not very private for bathroom standards.

The stay would have been worth the $$ if they would have had the restaurants open and places to get a drink and food on the premises. The pool is extremely small. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was amazing.

The pool is extremely small and there was not enough room for people to swim. It is more a splash pool. This was the only disappointing part of this hotel. There restaurant and bar was not open. The breakfast that was boxed was horrible.

I stayed for 3 days. you have to request housekeeping and the day I requested, they didn’t come. also couldn’t check out a day early because I paid through a 3rd party

Location was great. Close to to the police station. Close to food, bars and entertainment. Shower was big enough for two. The room is what it looked like in photos. Closet space was appreciated.

Light came through the double blinds in window. Coffee maker was small.

Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Liked the kurig

The booking website said pet friendly, but when I checked in at the front desk they informed me that they didn't accept pets. This was very upsetting. I was able to stay with my pet but think the booking website was misleading.

Overall the hotel is very nice. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Great Location too, next to the outback

TV Channel selection needs improvement. Very limited selection and for the customer if the rooms, I like to think the hotel could do better. Desk chair in the room was uncomfortable
