Best Western Plus Prien Lake-Lake Charles

The staff was very friendly some more than others but nothing to complain about. Room was really clean. They had an inside pool, laundry room on our floor (only 1 washer and 1 dryer but thankfully no one else was using it at the time) small gym, and good breakfast and a little shop to buy midnight snacks if needed, Casino was less than 10 min away and they have shuttles if you decide not to drive. Overall a great place to stay!

From the moment I checked our family in, the young lady handling our reservation was wonderful, provided us with the extra towels we needed without hesitation, made sure were she met our needs. And boy oh boy… what a delicious variety of items to meet everyone needs in enjoying their complimentary breakfast. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds … our family truly had a wonderful time. Thank You … We shall return!!

Everything else was great. The pool, breakfast and size of the room. The hotel was really clean and smelled clean.

I didnt like the fact that we received a noise complaint BEFORE 9 PM and we were not being noisy. Was told another guest said they heard banging and foot steps. God forbid my child walks a lil hard sometimes and the door to the room closes hard. Should not put way older people next door to a room with 2 younger kids. If the noise complaint would have been a lil later in the night that would have been understandable. We shouldn't have to tiptoe around to accommodate other guests that pay the same amount. I never once, in all my years staying at hotels, ever had a noise complaint. We respect others.

Room amenities, breakfast

I have allergies had a bad flare up due to dirty carpet also the temperature thermostat in the room didn't work properly set for warm temp the a/c would come on this was a bother all nite causing my allergies to flare up as well not sure if the filter was dirty but was a big issue

I have a lot to say about this property. Everything was very good, very clean, the employees were friendly, thanks, To Emilia. who works in the breakfastroom for the hot breakfasts. every day!!

The manager Raj that was on duty was very professional and helpful.. We arrived at the property early, and he allowed us to check in so when we returned at 4 our room would be ready. As we were leaving Sunday, he wished us safe travels back home.

We literally hated the breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable. At first arrival and check in, the room was nice and the rest room was stocked with all the necessities and was clean. Air conditioning was cold. Beds were comfy and clean. However, the television never worked.

No Cleaning service and no one came with clean towels. We saw housekeeping in the hall and asked for towles and they said they would come leave them in our room. No one ever came. When we called downstairs the phone only rang. My husband went down and said no one was at the front desk. The breakfast was skippy and those sausage biscuits were not good. Biscuits were dry and hard. Sausage needed to be cooked better.

Very nice customer service and hotel was extremely clean

It was located in a older neighborhood which was not major but when we got there about 7:30PM there were people loitering on the back of a truck in front of hotel parking lot.

We weren't here ling enough to know if location was good but it was a nice place to stay, clean quiet and staff were friendly

The pool was ridiculously over chlorinated, it hurt my eyes and throat just being in the room let alone in the pool.

THIS IS A VERY CLEAN AND LOVING PLACE TO STAY. THE BREAKFAST IS A BROWN BAG WHICH IS VERY HELPFUL TO GRAB AND GO , FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE INSIDE FRONT LOBBY IS CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY. MS. COURTNEY IS AN AWERSOME FRONT DESK CLERK , SHE TAKE CARE HER GUESTS AND GET TO KNOW AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU FAMILY, SHE IS AWERSOME . THE OTHERS FRONT DESK CLERKS ARE VERY NICE TOO . KEEP UP THE AWERSOME GUEST SERVICE .
