I enjoyed the professional clerks at the front desk. The location and hotel entrance was nice and well kept. It was raining so the front area was wet but not unsafe. The check in/out process was quick and easy.

The room was nice and well kept. The beds were made but the attention to detail was a little off. The phone in the room was blinking and I had to unplug it. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall due to the moisture in the bathroom. No vent was noted to help remove heat from the shower. Mirrors were fogged and took time to get back to normal. Overall experience was good and staff was very accommodating. I would book again when in the area.

Breakfast was fine with good item selection food-wise. No non-dairy milk options, which is kind of a pain. (Maybe consider listings of allergens on breakfast items as a "just in case"?) The staff was nice. Our first King-bed room on the top floor reeked of damp & mildew, the chair was horribly stained - no way we would sit there. Re the damp, I'm from La. so familiar with the high humidity struggle, but thankfully, when we let the front desk know they immediately moved us to a different room, with apologies. Not having to argue was a plus. Was a stressful home visit so their service-first attitude made a difference!

Signage wasn't bright, & the property sits back from the main road - we passed the turn off the first time, super busy road so hard to loop back. Expensive snacks at front - like $4 for a Milky Way bar. Realize that there is a price for convenience, but that seems a bit much when you can get in bulk at Costco, or 0.99 at the grocery store individually. We got our own snacks the next day but got in too late to do so that night.

The staff was so kind Cullen and Noah front deck managers. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my needs. The breakfast gave us lots of varieties to choose from. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks for a good time. I have only one concern. The sign is too small, and I could not see it from the streets. I missed my turn in several times and could not stop laughing at myself. Overall score 10+

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. We got in late and there was an issue with our room someone was checked into it. The lady that checked us in was extremely apologetic and professional. She spoke with her manager and gave us a new room and took good care of us. She was extremely busy and had a lot going one at one time I was very impressed on how she handle herself and took care of everything. She deserves a raise

Location for why we were in the area. Quiet Bed was comfortable

Could have been up to higher standards on Cleanliness. Bathroom was really dusty, had Banana stickers on the shower wall, tub was badly stained, box spring looked busted with fabric hanging out......just not the above par expectations from Holiday Inn standards we're used to.

There were no USB charging stations in the room. I have stayed at other hotels with USB charging ports on the lamps, desks even the clocks. The carpet should be either cleaned or replaced. There was staining from red juice/wine near the bed and something white by the door.

Breakfast was OK a little less choices in comparison with other hotel like Spring Hill. Room comfortable, however I like hard beds. I can't seep well on soft bed.

Bolted windows. I hate when I cannot open window. I feel like prisoner. In addition stink and mold cannot be aired properly. Air conditioner is too artificial and noisy.

Breakfast was good however I got spoiled milk from February 14 mind you it was March 4 when my husband and i stayed here. Just need them to practice fifo in the future. Made me sick unfortunately. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Spoiled Milk

The breakfast was buffet. It was so nicely arranged/automated that you don't need to ask anything from the staff. Everything was well organized and aiming almost zero wastage. The best part was having a Microwave and coffee machine in my room. This was my first experience with such facilities. The hotel was just next to the business center, I went for.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very clean staff was excellent especially Mr. Colleen, he was such a gentleman on the phone and once I got there he was the same person who greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and attitude.
