good: location, breakfast, beds, window coverings, parking great: staff, changing reservation without penalties

Remodeled rooms had problems. TP holders falling off the wall (room 116, 118). bathroom hardware not working (sink stopper). shower in room 116 never got hot. shower curtain rod end caps falling off. Sticky surfaces on entry door, bathroom door (even after asking for extra cleaning), on framed art, shower walls. TV in accessible room was positioned badly to watch from either bed or sofa. Remote would work only within 6 ft of TV… so, not from bed unless I sat up and stretched and not at all from sofa.

The people were very friendly and very helpful especially being that we arrived at 11 oclock at night. The hotel was clean and very well lit. The room was very nice.

The only issue I have with this location was the slamming of other people's room doors slamming at all hours of the night when they were coming in or out of their hotel room. I understand that the doors close by hydrolic but it is very loud and annoying when people slam them. I didn't get to really sleep until about three because of all the doors slamming very loudly. Which is not the hotel's fault ....people just need to be more quite coming and going in the early morn while others are trying to sleep

The property has recently been remodeled and looks amazing. It’s clean and fresh and the staff is just absolutely amazing.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the deluxe suite being so close to all the smtraffic on the first floor. Walls were thin and u could hear everything not to mention there is only one ac to cool both rooms and it stays a bit warm in there.

Room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very clean for the most part. My stay was very quiet. Staff were nice & very helpful. The room had a fridge, microwave, iron, and blow dryer. The bed was super comfy. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The separate seating area with a couch & tv was an added bonus.

I always undress the bed after a hotel stay to make it a little easier on the staff. There was a questionable stain on the mattress cover when I pulled the sheets off. I'm pretty certain they changed the sheets but not too sure they are removing and washing the mattress covers. I was grossed out by the stain but I had already slept in the bed so it was too late to complain. Also, one of the towels hanging on the rack had makeup on it. I had to sign a no smoking policy and there were ashes and a cigarette butt in the garbage can when I arrived. I would probably book again as these are issues that can be worked on.

We saw 4 different members of the cleaning staff actually cleaning. You could smell that the hotel was actually clean and not just an attempt to cover up a not-so-clean environment. It was a very relaxing atmosphere...very quiet.

There wasn't much for a diabetic to choose from for breakfast. They need sugar-free coffee creamers and there was no bacon...all that I was able to eat was scrambled eggs. But this is just minor and hotels rarely are diabetic -friendly.

It was safe feeling and the room was just as described on booking.com. staff were always very pleasant and it was very clean.

The pool was closed but I had the feeling they were doing some updating to the upper floors because there was a ton of stuff stored in the pool area.

The 2nd floor at this location had a Chinese work crew living there, not good in the fact that food waste was kept near the elevator area & that sour smell was very unpleasant on that level. I would recommend them feeding those guys down in the lower level in the breakfast area & depose of the food containers there.

breakfast and glad room had a fridge and counter space. room was clean except small hole in the bathroom ceiling. staff was nice

paid almost $300 for a room by the elevator, ice machine, coke machine and exits. seems for the inconvenience of having a lot of foot traffic pass by door all night, using the machines on premise, the price should have been lowered. not complaining about loud guests, it’s just the location of the room should be discounted due to this

It was good. Good breakfast Have stayed at best western in Scandinavian counties where the over all standard is just different so from that I expected better I guess.

Opened single use silverware and teabags, which made it feel not so clean. Don’t like the sink in the bedroom more than in bathroom

The entire property was very clean. The hallways, bathrooms, windows, and lobby were all clean and fresh. That's how I knew my stay would be worth every penny! The hot tub was clean and relaxing! Social distancing was also enforced. That was a PLUS

Cable and internet was down. It took a couple of hours for cable company to fix the problem. I know it was not the fault of the hotel, but it still that's what happened. The staff made sure everyone was told about the outage upon check-in.
