Our room was decently clean and showed slight wear and tear, but the building overall was generally well maintained. The separate living area in our room was nice for when our family stopped by for a visit. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

I was slightly disappointed that the room didn’t have a bathtub since I had been looking forward to a soak after several days of traveling and stress. We also would have greatly preferred to have a microwave on the wet bar.

The rooms were big and clean, which is helpful with a toddler. There was room to roam as much as there can be. The bed was comfortable, and it was dog friendly! Also pretty quite, even being right off the highway!

There is current construction going on which wasn't disclosed prior to booking - I would have like to have known. Breakfast was good but not abundant. I wish there was more. Lastly, marijuana filled the hallways later in the stay.

comfortable and clean, what I didn’t like was the tall grass and severe amount of weeds all over the property. We mentioned it to the person checking us in and he said it was due to recent rain. I am no dummy, it hadn’t been mowed in several weeks and there is no fertilizer being put on the grounds. More weeds then grass. very disappointed with the groundskeeping and will effect my decision going forward.

Comfortable beds, layout of the room, location was great, free breakfast was good & like the bag your own option to go.

No microwave in the room, wish bathtub was bigger for soaking in, would have liked the 24 hour food option (but understand it’s because of covid)

Location, value, polite service.

Asked for north-facing room due to highway noise on the south side days before arrival.. Even at check in I was told I would be given a North room, but was given a south-facing room anyway. They had plenty of vacant rooms, so I'm not sure how multiple people I spoke with messed that up. I had to wake early next day and decided not to hassle with getting the room changed.

Bed was comfortable and had more then plenty of pillows, and the sheets and covers felt great. shower was spacious and the room itself was very nice. And the staff working at the front desk "especially the two ladies who worked around night" was very respectful and nice, made sure we had everything we needed and made me and my partner feel very welcomed and provided for.

nothing that i can think of. everything was great so far. if i had to pick something tho i would have to say the tv guide had moments it wouldn't work at all. that's about it. but the tv worked fine otherwise and was able to watch tv. just sometimes we couldn't use the guide.

The breakfast was a self serve continental buffet with above average choices. The room was quite large and comfortable, however the addition of a microwave would have been appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful regarding delivery options for dinner but I was uncomfortable that they gave out my room number to the delivery person and allowed him to come upstairs directly to my room for the delivery. Also a sign along the driveway to the hotel with directions to the front of the hotel would have been helpful because the hotel entrance was around the corner out of sight and the only hotel sign was high above the driveway at the top of the building..

Easy on easy off highway, clean, super easy checkin took less than 5 minutes. Great hot breakfast, more than cereal and pastries.Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. HUGE room with 2 area sinks. Stopped halfway home from Denver. Welcome hassle-free rest.

The only thing was slow draining sinks, tub, and toilet. Was reported as we left.

Our car would not start in the am. My husband needed to be at a close hospital in 20 minutes. We told the manager and asked about alternate transportation. The manager offered to take him herself. He accepted and arrived on time. I was able to call AAA and get the car running. The manager’s name is Kerry McConnell. She and all the staff were very understanding and helpful. She and they deserve recognition. A big plus for Hyatt.

Everything was very fine.

Great location. Hotel is very clean. Plenty of restaurants within 1/2 mile. Staff was very nice upon checkin and checkout. Room was very clean, roomy and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed our stay.
