The shower! Very nice staff. The food at your restaurant for supper was delicious. Soooo clean. Sooo quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of outdoor spaces to sit. The room was HUGE! The decor was very inviting. Such a great architectural design.

It was so cold inside your facility. Management shouldn't let a car block the valet drive. We had to back out into traffic because the Mercedes uses it as a parking spot. Limited parking, but valet parking helped there. Your breakfast is pretty limited for the cost.

I love the overall interior design, location & history of the property. It was clean (although we removed a bunch of what appears to be human hair in the shower drain), sheets seemed fresh, bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Parking. As beautiful as their property is, parking for guests is such as hassle. You are under the mercy of the “free” street parking from 6PM-9AM, then you’ll be ticketed by the city of Topeka if you don’t move your vehicle from that “2 hour” space. A parking garage (not owned by Cyrus) across the street (not directly across the hotel) charges you $1 per hour.

Y'all are really asking a lot of questions.. I liked the friendliness of most of the staff (restaurant greeter not so friendly), I liked how the hotel was relatively new & its interior design was neat & sophisticated, pretty clean, I liked that there was no carpet... All that really matters to me is cleanliness & good customer service & this hotel exhibited both.

Parking was a nightmare. The hotel staff suggested parking in a nearby parking lot. Super inconvenient, they should at least have a contract with the lot to validate their guest's parking fees.. But its Kansas and they're a bit slow so what do u expect? My last night there I couldn't pull up to load my car bcuz there were 2 SUV's parked in the hotel loading zone. I thought to myself- next time I want a hotel with a parking lot. Good grief, its Topeka not San Francisco.

This hotel, located one block from the capital building, is newly renovated and immaculate. Our room was so spacious (you could square dance in the bathroom) with a very large walk-in shower. They have a restaurant which serves both breakfast and dinner. We ate breakfast there and it was delicious! Parking is free on street between 5:00PM and 10AM which worked for us. Oddly, though, there was a large refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker or ice bucket. Nor is there a pool, but a small workout room. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Excellent experience for the price

Great one night stay on our trip home. New hotel - wonderful bed, pillows, and shower. Easy to get to from interstate 70. Very quiet room. We ate at a restaurant right across the street, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere - which was good since we had been on the road since 4:15 am. Highly recommend.

Love the decor and ambiance in this little gem of a boutique hotel just off I-70. The linens, toiletries, lighting and decor of the rooms are top notch and create a memorable stay. The food in the restaurant was truly delicious, as were the unique cocktails. Added bonus - our dog is welcome there though it feels very chic and clean and fresh, not like the usual type of hotel that allows pets.

They used to offer, for a fee, a pet package that included dog treats and a deluxe dog bed brought into the room. That was fun and appreciated, but it wasn't available this time, maybe because of covid?

Staff was friendly and the room was amazing. I enjoyed the bar and the upstairs deck.

The initial bill I got was different from what they initial hold on my account was when I swiped my card while checking in. Not a huge deal though as that may change and it was only a $15 difference.

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Felt clean and secure. Large, modern rooms. Very nice shower. Very central location downtown with restaurants walking distance. Nice patios.

It’s a shame they don’t offer parking. Also, some of the rooms on the lower floors are interior rooms with very little daylight (they look across a small space into rooms on the other side). We asked to be moved & they happily accommodated.

The location is great! absolutely LOVE having Juli’s - best coffee, baked items, sandwich s, staff and local artists - Topeka has to offer. Hotel staff is courteous, professional, attentive and responsive to guest needs.

Slow drainage sink, towel stock (only 1) and no housekeeper in sight, limited menu.

Welcoming people and great decor.

I spent $175 on dinner with tip at the on campus restaurant spent the next day with what I assumed to be food poisoning. Everything was exceptional but I was quite disappointed in the food service and especially the food itself.
