It was beautiful and easy to access!! Staff was friendly.
I wasn’t given any information on pool times or what time breakfast was served, nor was the information posted in the room. I had to look up the breakfast information in my booking and walk down to the pool to see the times it was open. Also, it said I had a “garden view” where is the garden exactly. I was above the putting green and had a view of the city(ish).

Hotel is only a few years old, everything is still nice and clean. Very well kept. Rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable.
Couple of things we didn’t like was, breakfast doesn’t start being served until 7am, and since we had to get up early and leave we weren’t able to eat the free continental breakfast. When checking out we asked for a printed receipt and the young girl working the desk was extremely rude and said because we booked it online they couldn’t print us out one. I’m not really sure if that is a new “thing” with Booking.com, but I’ve used them MANY times and have always received a printed receipt from the hotel we’ve stayed at.

Everything was wonderful. We were there during the week so the pool and hot tub were empty which was nice.
Wanted to charge me for our breakfast which was all cold. Who I booked thru which was booking.com was not to offer free breakfast. She apologized and gave it to me for free. I think the hotel could offer something hot for their guests and not charge them for the cold breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, scr. egg and breakfast meat. Anything.

The beds, the bathroom amenities, the blackout shades, available in room coffee/ fridge/microwave, free coffee in lobby was really good, very nice place& good location.
There was a horizontal handle on the vanity the tv was on. The handle came off in my hand when opened the cabinet door. The fridge was not cold enough. A metal piece fell off from the rail attachment at the top of the bathroom door when my sister slid it closed.

I liked the modern decor ! The bed was comfortable and I could tell that the hotel is well cared for. The room was clean ! The hallway carpets and room carpet were clean and fresh.
The only thing thing that I observed was that the outside furniture was in need of new seat cushions and was not quite as pretty and " garden like " as I expected. Also I feel that the price is a little high.

When I booked it said breakfast was included, they did honor it because I showed them a screen shot of my booking.com confirmation. They said booking can’t actually get me a breakfast voucher? It was a whole annoying thing.

Our room was closest to the pool and side door. Not only the convenience but even with all the foot traffic our room was quiet and very comfortable. All appliances in the room were used and worked and appeared in excellent condition.
No problems, very pleasant staff always helpful with all questions. Only improvement might be a small table to put between the provided chairs to coffee in the morning and eat at. We just used our cooler.

. The facility was very well kept clean quite and the atmosphere was welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom were large and spa like. The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional.
The room was a little dark and the pillows were feather.
