Location, cleanliness, 2 out of 3 staff and the bed, pillows, blankets, all the amenities were a great value! Mostly met my expectations
1 staff person seemed more like I was bothering him. Checked me in ok but he seemed generally disinterested. The noise- traffic sounded like it was right next to my window. The single pane glass was inadequate plus the widow seal was cracked so there was even more sound coming thru. Too bad, I really thought everything else was comfortable and a great value!

The pool and hot tub was nice. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and smelled wonderful.
There was marijuana odors in the elevator. Breakfast was poor quality. Parking was minimal. Staff was good except the breakfast attendant. She made us feel very uncomfortable when our toddler spilled a cup of water.

I asked for and got a room with handicap assistance. Large and spacious for a wheel chair. The Cracker Barrel restaurant is within walking distance. Coffee available in lobby all the time and coffee maker in your bathroom. I could set the thermostat to what I wanted. Very quiet.
Pay close attention to your booking details. I thought I’d booked 2 nights. They said no, but I could still have the room a second night. It just cost me 15$ more, same room, same customer, a second night. When I asked about this, the answer was, rates change all the time. That may be but I felt taken advantage off.

I love the staff and how I never have any problems when I come here. This is my fifth time everytime I come to Topeka this is where I stay it’s always clean the staff is friendly always quiet always enjoy my time here

we stayed for 4 days. the sausage was different each day. staff was out cleaning off the table. friendly staffing, rooms was nice and clean. slept through a storm.
the eggs was rubbery. even tho their was people still eating. the breakfast was shut down at 9. juice was shut down and everything was put away. i understand that the breakfast was from 6-9. however, a customer is a customer.

Typical of what I've come to expect from a Hampton Inn, clean and well-kept, not luxurious but quite comfortable. Good staff, and a good location, near many restaurants and shopping. Very good breakfast, Easy access to I-70, which we were traveling.
Noise between floors was excessive (mainly due to whatever the guests above us were doing (perhaps a Stomp rehearsal?) But I would not expect this to be typical in this property.

Breakfast was basic but good. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was a little wonky due to the remodeling. The vanity was too large and so they cut the corner off and shaved the door down. Staff was friendly. Well light property. Pool was nice.

We liked that it was close to the main drag, but a few blocks into a business park, so it was quiet. We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The 1 time fee of $75 was worth it. Everything was great.
Complimentary water bottles would have been a plus.

The ladies at the desk (I believe I had named them in a previous email) were wonderful!! They were so helpful, answering all my questions and letting me know where to walk my pup and that it was safe around the hotel. They were just so great!
If I could’ve stayed longer, it would’ve been better. But sadly I had places to go!! There were so many restaurants to choose between. Also gas stations, and it was an easy off and on the roads. There was nothing I didn’t like!
