The location just off 70 is great and easy to find if you're on a long cross-country drive. There's also a Burger King next door for the tired traveler to get a quick dinner. The room was comfortable and quiet; the sounds of traffic were muted and didn't disturb me in the night. I had a little trouble with the door key card when I checked in, and the woman at the desk was helpful in re-coding it so I could get in. And thank you for the cookie at the check in desk!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and undergoing refurbishment. If I'd stayed longer, I would have taken up the offer to go over to swim at the other hotel run by the same company.

Staff was extremely competent and pleasant.. Very nice selection for breakfast. We liked having an elevator. Bed was super comfortable and pillows were very nice.

Floors were stained and dirty. Curtain valance hanging down on 1 side. Large dirty strip down wall by entry door.. Carpet strip was loose, shredded and peeling away from the wall on back side of bathroom wall. Door to bathroom has many nicks and scrapes and paint peeling off. Just seemed like there is no maintenance of the property. The floor down from the main desk had sticky drink spilled, was tracked on floor and stayed there entire time we were there. I'd stay again but would be nice to see more care of the facility.

The front desk worker by the name of Misty was a very great help to me throughout the 5 days of being there. She always had a bright smile and was full of joy. The rooms were clean, however, the carpet absolutely needs replacing and those rooms.

We checked in on a Friday and by Sunday our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I asked about it on Sunday and I was explained by a different person besides Misty, that told me it gets cleaned every 3 days and we would not be due until that Monday. And my estimation Monday would have been the 4th day of us being there. That did not encourage me whatsoever. I literally really needed the room cleaned on that Sunday.

The room was clean and good size,the price was good as well.

The rooms are not sound proof at all,the doors to the rooms would slam everything someone went in or out of their room,the room we got could be an adjoining room with another party and we could hear the other people talking it sounded like they were standing in our room talking and you could hear everything going on in the hallway as well,and someone's dog barking all before 6:30am

The room was clean and the staff was awesome. Great nights sleep! Was visiting family in town and it was super convenient and located near the best part of Topeka. Close to shopping and attractions.

They were redoing the ceiling in the pool so it was closed. I don’t think summer time is a great Time for renovations over the pool area.

I called morning of arrival date I don't remember the lovely ladies name but I mentioned my U-Haul pulling a car and if I could see it from a window and even though I arrived late she accommodated me I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean breakfast was decent staff was friendly it was busy and well managed.. .

only thing I didn't care for was pet fee per pet wasn't expecting that extra $40 but least room was clean . Nothing like paying a pet fee and then getting a room that you can tell pets have definitely been there.

Perfect location, WONDERFUL breakfast and front customer service was GREAT!!! Our room was very clean...the beds were AMAZING~!!!! I have to praise the lady that prepare the breakfast. The kitchen area was clean and the food was very tasty. Sometimes hotels breakfast are just average. But, this was beyond what I expected. The dice potatoes were just want I wanted.

There was nothing. Maybe more parking. ;)

Very friendly reception clerk. The location is great and right off of interstate. The facility was clean, and our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet for being right off of interstate. The continental breakfast had a nice selection of warm food as well as waffles to make, and the area was clean and stocked. Restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The facility is a little dated, but well taken care of.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

water would not get hot in the shower but was very hot in the sink. parking lot was small with limited parking. Breakfast area was dirty from guests making a mess but was not cleaned and items were running out and not being restocked. Other guests had dogs in the breakfast area just walking around not on a leash, staff did not say anything and it was very rude of the guests.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. Although close to the interstate, it was quiet, and conveniently located to many restaurants and conveniences. Check-out was easy and staff was friendly.

Furniture wasn't very comfortable. The room was modern but not new. Some floor tiles were loose in the bathroom. Bathroom sink had a slow drain.
