- Very clean, new facility, directly across the street from K State campus. - Excellent, comfortable room as requested -- away from elevator and vending - Quiet - Friendly, helpful staff - In funky, college-bar area called Aggieville - Accept pets - Starbucks coffee in lobby if you are so inclined (also right next door) - Ditto for very small dining/breakfast area (not free)

- $50 pet fee -- about twice what other venues charge - $15 valet parking fee in hotel garage, non-negotiable. I parked in a garage two blocks away. I either missed "valet only" on web site or it's not there. Was not happy upon arrival.

Hotel was super. Rooms were great. Staff was great. Parking, not good.

They ONLY allow valet. While I don't mind paying valet prices to park, it is very inconvenient to wait in line to drop off and pick up your car, especially when you and most of the hotel are trying to get to college sporting events. They really need to not have a valet service and figure out how to secure the garage so that only hotel guests use the garage. For the most part, people like to come and go and you can't when you have to wait for a valet...especiallty late at night when there is only 1 on staff.

Room layout, wonderful bathroom, great bed.

AC was inadequate…temp in the room was 77 when I checked in, set it for 65, temp in room never got below 72. This was during the major heat wave…outside temp at 9pm was still 98. Room was not cool. Also didn’t like having to pay for on site parking…it was expensive. Bistro closed too soon and no coffee bar available in the lobby.

Was nice ,up to date, clean and a beautiful room ! Very nice lobby and offered a lot of places for the location !

The valet parking ! It was quite a different thing . We have a very big truck and so not many can drive it and not hit something in a parking garage . It’s more of a hassle very a luxury truly. It’s the way they have the whole process set up and the way it’s handled . But by then it’s pointless to even bother saying anything! But over all we loved the hotel just will choose to not do the valet parking next time!

My wife and I both loved the layout of the room, the lighting, the setup of the bathroom... The room was really really amazing. This hotel had a lot of planning and love put into it.

The only thing not great about the hotel was that the heating and A/C unit at about every 30 minutes made a very loud clicking noise and the fan would kick on. Our night of sleep was interrupted every 30 minutes.... Not what I was hoping for as far as sleep went.

super comfortable bed, everything felt very new, great location near cute coffee shops, staff were friendly, easy and free parking

the bathroom wasn’t very clean and had hair in the shower. the shower pressure was hard and the bathroom floor got wet because you can’t move the position of the shower head and there’s no door

We loved this hotel experience. Our room was a mini suite and provided us with all the comfort and amenities we needed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and we were so glad we had sprung for the extra cost. We will definitely be back!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Edgar, Zeke, Vanessa, and the other valet personnel were very cheerful and always glad to help. Emma at registration was kind and willing to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the price of valet parking wasn't included in my initial reservation price. I wasn't aware they only had valet parking or what the price was until we arrived.

The room was great; open concept and wonderful light fixtures (with adjustable settings)! The location is perfect as there's so much to do in the area and places to eat.

There was light coming in from the window even after I closed the shades completely. While the shower pressure was great, there's no door, so some water can go onto the floor.

The Bistro was way overpriced. The valet parking was great. But confusing upon first arrival. The lobby location was somewhat confusing , because its was way from the norm.

Take the sign down above the door going into the parking garage. It says "Parking" but once you turn into it, you find out it is Valet parking only. This no need for them sign.
