We arrived a little earlier than 3 and the staff let us check in immediately. We were so tired from driving. They really were awesome with helping us navigate to where we needed to be as well, since I had never been to Iowa. Hotel is very clean, away from highway noise, and stayed nice and cool.

The bed was a bit too firm. My back hurt after about 4 hours of sleeping. There was no coffee station other than at breakfast and a loud group of Farmers Edge group came in on our second day. They stayed in the lobby, had cases of beer, loud laughing, running down the halls, well into 1am. We were there for my father n law's funeral and it was a bit hard trying to get rest with all that going on. Not the hotel's fault though. Also don't go outside with sandals on, there's ants everywhere you step and they bite.

This is a newer, clean facility. The king suite was spacious and very nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows of two different thicknesses which is always appreciated! Nice, large walk-in shower. Lots of closet and bathroom vanity space. Convenient location just off the freeway.

Although their policy (per the reservation confirmation) stated that masks were required in all public areas of the building, very few people, including employees, wore masks on the morning that we checked out. The bathroom towels are limited to 2 per room and are quite thin/small compared to comparable motels. Although the facility is quite new, they already have rust issues and bubbling paint around the shower door tracks.

The breakfast was above average and varied day to day. The dining area was exceptionally clean and the coffee was always very good,

Not in reference to my last visit, but when I have attempted to make a reservation at the Hampton on my customary Memorial Day visit, the room prices are a bit prohibitive for my budget.

Clean and very quiet. Large rooms, bathrooms, showers. Front desk staff were very pleasant & helpful.

Breakfast was less than stellar. Had to ask for empty coffee to be replaced. The bed wasn't as comfy as usual at a HI - it was a bit saggy.

It was clean and quiet to sleep here! The beds were comfy and warm; and the rooms were in great condition with plenty of space for three to move around in comfortably. Plus the breakfast was amazing!!

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel and staying here.

Just passed through. Chose due to location - close to 35. Very nice property. Got takeout from the Mexican restaurant across the street. Good breakfast - the scrambled eggs looked real, had bacon, etc.

very helpful staff very clean good breakfast selection had a problem with booking in system when we arrived so couldnt check in but staff were very appologetic and helpful

Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed.

Noticed that the landscaping needs attention. Thistles we’re growing in the lawn and flower beds needed weeding and attention. Poor look to otherwise a very nice property.

Good location, great breakfast

It was fine but not fabulous—for example, the towels were clean but kind of stiff, and we had enough but no extras.

The whole property is clean and well maintained. And with the Hilton app, I got to pre-check in, use my phone as my key, and check out - all without talking to anyone. That’s a HUGE bonus for someone with anxiety!
