Standard continental food. Ate at a restaurant nearby instead.

The hot tub was amazing, the staff was really understanding and accomidating and over all we had a great stay especially seeing as the hotel was at capacity
My only complaint is that there were never any towels for the pool and the breakfast was good but almost everything was cold

The swimming pool and spa are nice and very large. We also liked playing pool/billiards and it only cost $1 per game. Staff are very responsive to all requests.
On the breakfast, I would prefer bacon or sausage instead of sausage gravy that was served 2 of the 4 mornings. Bathrooms are small.

The lady at check in on Saturday night was great and the pool and the hot tub we great as well as the rooms
The older lady working Sunday morning was EXTREMELY rude it was about 830am and some people were coming down for breakfast she was getting upset that people were coming out for breakfast and stated this is the last of the sausge in a very rude tone then she was sitting wither her cart at 858am as breakfast closes at 9 and right at 9am she went and closed everything down and some man was trying get juice for his kid and she shut off and ik a rude tone sayed it's closed. She was not friendly at all and should not be in a people environment I would have rated it a 10 out of 10 but for her it went down something needs to be done about her

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating
The fridge needed to be defrosted, however, the property manager/owner came to the room and tried to fix the problem. I was pleased that he was so willing to help, even at 10:00 at night!

We were able to move to the first floor after front desk staff were informed I had difficulty with stairs. They were extremely friendly.

The current owner is putting a lot of work into keeping the hotel in good condition. The spirit and effort of this show in the staff and facilities. We had a comfortable and quiet stay. The pet fee was reasonable.
At check-in the hotel did a $100 credit block. This was the first time I ever encountered such a high block. Most hotels do a $25-$30 block for potential incidentals. The $100 + room rate and pet fee showed as pending on my credit card for 4 days. The $100 block cleared on the 5th day, Don't know if this is something new hotels are doing.

the breakfast was as good as it could be. The selection was plentiful. I was satisfied and didn't leave hungry. I probably will never travel through there again, But if I did, Would I stay there? You betcha I would!
That I arrived later in the evening so I couldn't enjoy the hot tub and pool. That was my choice. No fault of the hotel, the pool and hot tub were still open for awhile longer, we were just too tired and wanted to lay down. We were traveling and needed to move on early the following morning as well.
